Not far from the police station, Julian Ford sat in his car watching Anna Morgan push Serena Sullivan into the vehicle. He answered his constantly ringing phone.
"She’s okay."
The phone had been left in the car just now. Ethan Grant had been calling repeatedly, draining its battery, and now it was charged again, and the phone rang once more.
"It was her own sche."
Julian Ford briefly explained the situation, the other side, Ethan Grant, already knowing the details, but hearing from Julian Ford that Young Master Shaw intended to force her, he suppressed the fury rising in his heart and coldly said, "Good!"
Julian Ford rubbed his aching temples. Solaria had been calm for four years, and now the skies had changed.
He looked up out the window, coincidentally eting Finn Chandler’s gaze as he was about to get in the car at the roadside.
Finn Chandler noticed he was on the phone, coldly glared over, got in the car, and left.
"You don’t need to rush back."
Julian Ford felt his forehead hurt even more, and he continued, "Finn Chandler is back."
With soone as cold and ruthless as Finn Chandler around, Serena Sullivan couldn’t possibly suffer.
"Finn Chandler!"
Julian Ford might have refrained from ntioning it, but just hearing about this pretty boy made Ethan Grant’s voice sink even more, "You left Serena with him!"
It wasn’t abandoning, it was that as an outsider he couldn’t manage to snatch soone’s good friend away.
"Move into my place imdiately."
Ethan Grant followed up, "I’m about to board a plane."
Upon hearing about Serena’s trouble, he headed to the private airport, eager to quickly return to Solaria.
With Serena in trouble, him not around, and Finn Chandler back, how could he not be anxious?
Finally having managed to win Serena over, there’s no way he would let her return to Finn Chandler!
"Go to your place?" Julian Ford laughed and retorted, "Is it appropriate?"
"Your wife is very beautiful."
He knew of Ethan Grant’s unnatural possessiveness over Serena. Finn Chandler’s return had driven his inner demons wild, the jealousy could be felt even through the phone.
"You should co back first." Julian Ford didn’t joke with Ethan Grant, "Anna Morgan is also there."
Finn Chandler and Serena Sullivan, Anna Morgan’s relationship was good, this jealousy Ethan Grant had felt since starting to date Serena, and Finn Chandler didn’t like him either, even Julian Ford as an outsider wasn’t favored by Finn Chandler, innocent!
Anna Morgan was nearby, and the atmosphere among the three loosened a lot.
Serena Sullivan occasionally responded to her, Finn Chandler coldly obliged a word or two when Anna Morgan pesters him relentlessly.
At Willow Yarrow’s, while they were happily chatting, Anna Morgan’s phone rang, and upon seeing the number on the screen, her smile imdiately faded.
The call was hung up but rang again, Finn Chandler glanced at the conflicted Anna Morgan, saying, "If you don’t answer, he’ll keep calling."
Zoe Quinn entered the police station; as her number one fan and suitor, how could he not call to "demand accountability"?
Whatever Sean Lockwood said on the other end, Anna Morgan’s temper was instantly provoked.
"Answer your head, Sean Lockwood, you damn it, get lost!"
"It makes so mad!"
After hanging up the phone, Anna Morgan said angrily. Usually when Sean Lockwood proactively called her, she’d jump to the skies, unable to part with the call, let alone curse him!
"My Serena isn’t soone he can bla?" Anna Morgan turned to see the two watching her, angrily saying again.
She liked Sean Lockwood, but wouldn’t allow liking soone to overshadow defending her good friend.
Zoe Quinn sched against her Serena, but didn’t allow Serena to strike back.
"Sean Lockwood is such a big fool."
Anna Morgan said angrily.
Serena Sullivan and Finn Chandler shared a look, and in unison, said, "So are you."
Who else would be like Anna Morgan, knowing full well Sean Lockwood was infatuated with Zoe Quinn, yet still liked him all these years.
