The night was deep, and the man’s face was illuminated by the streetlamp, exuding an irresistible allure reminiscent of a dieval vampire noble.
Cecilia Vaughn, handing Adrian Law the bouquet of red roses, blushed, her rosy lips pouting slightly, a bit embarrassed.
The language of red roses...
She surprisingly forgot about this taphor.
Seeing Cecilia’s embarrassnt, Adrian Law chuckled softly and naturally accepted the bouquet from Cecilia.
He leaned closer to Cecilia’s face, his intense masculine presence enveloping the girl’s glowing white skin by her ears.
"I love you, each and every day."
"..."
Though she knew he was referring to the language of red roses, at this mont, she couldn’t help but let her mind wander!
Cecilia’s heart raced, she glanced at him with a mix of shyness and annoyance.
"I was just trying to help that little girl sell out quickly, don’t overthink it, let’s head back soon."
"Alright, let’s go ho."
Adrian watched the girl’s cheeks turn rosy with shyness, his mood lightening, and he hit the gas pedal imdiately.
...
Once ho, Adrian pushed Cecilia to take a bath.
Having been drenched in rain all night, it was easy to catch a cold without warming up.
Cecilia obediently agreed and upon coming out, discovered a bowl of steaming ginger soup ready on the table.
The man’s silent thoughtfulness made Cecilia’s eyes slightly misty.
She held the ginger soup while looking around for him.
She found Adrian standing in the corner of the living room dedicated to flower arranging, trimming the newly purchased red roses with scissors.
With just a few snips, the already vibrant roses were cut into more exquisite shapes by the man, their delicate forms looking stunning in the vase.
Cecilia raised an eyebrow in surprise.
"Adrian, you know how to arrange flowers?!"
How does this man know everything? She felt a bit ashad as a girl!
Her mother used to enjoy gardening, and Cecilia learned a bit from her, but compared to Adrian’s floral skills, Cecilia felt a bit disheartened by the gap.
"I flipped through a few flower arranging books when I was bored."
He turned to her with a light smile.
What a genius!
Marveled Cecilia silently, suddenly noticing Adrian staring at her intently, a fla seemingly burning in his eyes.
"Is there sothing on my face?"
The girl asked, a bit puzzled.
Hearing this, Adrian’s Adam’s apple bobbed slightly.
Cecilia was clad in a white bathrobe, her cascading dark hair draping over her shoulders, her eyes clear and beautiful, lively and captivating, and her skin glowing with a slight pink hue, probably because of the rain.
Such a sight easily stirred the deepest desires within the man, a warmth spreading through his core.
He really wanted to have her right then.
...
Adrian forcibly suppressed that desire, opening a cabinet next to the coffee table to pull out a plate of ready-made almond pastries.
"Hungry? Have sothing to eat."
Seeing Adrian no longer eyeing her predatorily, Cecilia relaxed, quickly picking one to try.
Honestly, after running around outside for so long, she indeed felt a bit hungry.
"Delicious! These are the best almond pastries I’ve ever had!"
The almond pastry was crispy on the outside, with an indescribable but wonderful taste wrapped around the almonds inside.
Watching the girl eat like a little hamster, Adrian felt extrely delighted.
He gazed at the crumbs at the corner of Cecilia’s mouth, his deep, dark eyes growing deeper, his voice gentle.
"Cecilia, there’s sothing on the corner of your mouth."
"..."
Cecilia felt a little embarrassed, intending to wipe it off, but the man suddenly leaned in, catching her hand.
Cecilia froze.
Before she could react, she heard the man’s low, dreamlike sigh.
"I want to taste as well."
Before the words were fully spoken, the man’s attractive lips closed in, lightly and precisely covering Cecilia’s lips.
He then gently licked away the crumbs at the corner of Cecilia’s mouth, doing it so naturally yet with an inexplicable sensuality.
Making her face flush with uncontrollable redness.
!!!
Cecilia’s eyes widened in shock, her heart seeming to skip a beat.
What just happened...
Even after Adrian released her, Cecilia remained dazed.
Her first kiss... was just gone like that?
...
"Sure enough, your almond pastry is sweeter."
Adrian’s voice was hoarse, as he watched the girl’s blushing face, savoring the mont from the previous kiss.
Cecilia suddenly snapped awake, unsure whether to feel embarrassed or annoyed, she could only angrily punch the man lightly.
"Did you know that was my first kiss!"
Doing such a crazy thing just to compare whose almond pastry is sweeter!
Adrian chuckled as he caught the girl’s hand, refusing to let go even when she glared at him.
"It was my first kiss too."
"..."
Cecilia stared at Adrian as if struck by lightning. She spent three years in prison which delayed her romantic chances, but what about Adrian?
"But just now... that doesn’t count as a real kiss."
Kissing directly on the lips doesn’t count?
Before Cecilia could process it, the man suddenly stroked her head, his handso face suddenly closing in.
"You little dummy, spacing out at a ti like this, co, let teach you."
An ominous feeling rose in Cecilia’s heart, and Adrian didn’t give her the chance to resist, pressing her directly onto the sofa.
The man’s tall body was like a mountain, impossible to move, his hands securing the girl’s waist, he lowered his head, capturing her lips.
"No... don’t..."
Cecilia gasped, subconsciously opening her mouth, and Adrian chuckled lightly, taking advantage!
His clever tongue quickly slipped over, entwining with hers, making her heart race faster!
...
Cecilia was utterly dazed!
The air seed to have heated up by several degrees.
Her mind went blank, her body turning into a puddle of water.
"Mmm... I..."
They were just an agreent couple, how did it lead to this?!
Cecilia wanted to speak out and resist, but Adrian sealed her lips with a more fervent kiss, urgently teasing the little woman in his arms, continually plundering the air from her mouth.
"Cecilia, be good."
The man’s deep voice was mixed with strong male hormones enveloping the girl, making Cecilia feel overwheld, everything seeming to spiral out of control.
She was even a bit scared.
"Adrian... don’t, I feel so uncomfortable..."
Adrian’s strong body pinned Cecilia down as he coaxed lowly.
"Be good, call husband, okay?..."
Sowhere on Adrian’s lower body was burning hotly, Cecilia could also feel that undeniable presence, instinctively wanting to escape.
But how could Adrian allow her to dodge, pressing firmly against Cecilia, his hand caressing over her skin, causing waves of heat to rise.
"Be good, call husband and it won’t be uncomfortable."
So embarrassing!
