The entire arena trembled. Lanterns hanging on the walls shook violently. Dust rained from the ceiling.
Nobody was already moving. His hearing was still damaged. Blood still stained parts of his collar. But compared to earlier, his movents had beco steadier. More controlled and more experienced.
The giant eyeball embedded within the neural abomination glowed brighter. Veins bulged across its disgusting surface.
Then suddenly....
CRACKLE!
Blue electrical arcs started crawling through the monster’s neural tissue.
Nobody blinked. "...Oh co on."
The electrical energy intensified.

The system imdiately responded.

Nobody groaned. "It’s a freaking brain. Of course it has electricity. Brains literally run on electric signals."

The system appeared.

Instead of running away, he began circling the monster.

The neural abomination slowly rotated to keep him within sight. But its enormous body couldn’t turn instantly.
Nobody noticed imdiately. "...Aha...I see it."
The monster wasn’t particularly fast. It was powerful, durable and dangerous. But not agile enough.
The system flashed.

Three massive tentacles struck simultaneously. Nobody ducked beneath one. Jumped over another. Blocked the third.

The impact pushed him backwards. "...Still hurts so bad."

Nobody slid beneath it. The wave passed inches above his head.

Nobody reached striking distance. His focus narrowed. Twin blade crowbars spun within his hands.
The monster’s giant eye stared directly at him. Its tentacles rushed forward. Its electricity surged wildly.
Nobody grinned. "...Found you."
Then he attacked.

One crowbar sliced through a neural tendril.

The second cut across exposed flesh.

Every blow landed harder than the last. Every strike pushed him closer toward the monster’s core. The Eater of Brains scread loudly.

The pupil spun in circles.

Nobody landed briefly on one of the monster’s thick tentacles. Then jumped again.

The eye continued spinning erratically.
Nobody grinned. "Yeah! That’s what I wanted to hear!"

Another crowbar strike landed.
The neural horror convulsed. Its tentacles thrashed wildly.
Nobody pointed at it while airborne. "Let smack you more! I have to repay every smack I gave myself because of your stupid illusions!"

The monster screeched so loudly that the entire arena shook.

One massive tentacle suddenly struck toward Nobody. The impact connected.

For a brief mont....he expected pain.

The monster screeched.

Nobody pointed the weapon forward.
"Yo brain tumor..." A grin appeared. "...Eat this."
WHOOOOOSH!
The giant crowbar-boorang launched through the air. It spun rapidly.

The air scread around it.
The monster tried moving but it was too slow. The eye widened.
Then..

The spinning weapon slamd straight into the giant eye. Purple blood exploded outward. The monster released its loudest scream yet.

The entire arena shook violently. The eye ruptured. Blood poured continuously.

Yet Nobody wasn’t finished. He looked toward the embedded weapon. Then got an idea.
A very stupid idea. Which usually ant it was his favorite kind.
