After Vanessa Sterling returned, she indeed didn’t see Miles Sterling for several days.

But since Miles had told her beforehand that he was going back to Rivia, seeing that empty parking spot again didn’t make her as anxious and uneasy as before.

Vanessa was taken aback. Although she never admitted to liking Miles, the mont Yvonne ntioned a "crush," Miles’s face imdiately popped into her head.

"I used to think your happiness had arrived, but I didn’t expect this kind of outco."

Vanessa asked puzzledly, "Why are you suddenly talking about him?"

"Because I just saw him co over again! And he brought a woman with a great figure! I personally saw that woman get out of his car! Surely his new fling! That damn player!"

For a mont, Vanessa didn’t know whether to focus on Miles coming to this side again or on the fact that there was another woman by Miles’s side.

Since the rumor of Gwen Grant’s passing, no woman had appeared by his side for a long ti.

She believed Miles wouldn’t revert to his old playboy ways; maybe it was his new date, after all, he wasn’t young anymore.

"Alright, mind your own business. The kids are almost out of school; help organize them for when the parents co to pick them up."

Vanessa turned towards the art room, and after closing its door, she quietly moved to the window.

Sure enough, Miles’s car was parked there. Who could the woman getting out of his car be?

While she was speculating, she suddenly saw Miles and his group heading towards the car.

He walked side by side with a woman in business attire, followed closely by two n who looked like assistants.

The woman’s attire was relatively standard business wear, but because of her curvaceous figure, the open shirt buttons revealed her cleavage, and her tight pencil skirt outlined her waist and hips.

After the driver got in, Miles sat in the back seat of the car. The woman initially opened the front passenger door but then closed it for so reason and sat in the back instead.

The two assistant n didn’t get in the car but stood by the roadside, waving goodbye.

Soon, the car drove away from the street and disappeared from Vanessa’s sight.

She stood looking in that direction, lost in thought for a long ti.

Until a knock at the door brought her back to reality, and she hurried over to open it.

Yvonne stood at the door, curiously peering inside: "Teacher Sterling, what were you doing? Why did you lock the door?"

"I locked it out of habit, didn’t notice, what’s up?"

Yvonne chuckled: "My husband has a work dinner tonight, so I don’t have to go ho for dinner. Let’s go eat out? My treat!"
