Laura Yates, heavily pregnant, would definitely not be allowed to travel far by Franklin Sutton.
Audrey Sutton sent a ssage to Vanessa Sterling, wanting to ask if Vanessa was going.
It was mainly because she hadn’t seen Vanessa for such a long ti, and she wanted to know how Vanessa was doing now.
She had been keeping in contact with Vanessa Sterling, also through phone calls, though sotis Vanessa’s replies weren’t very tily, but there was always a response.
Vanessa Sterling’s phone had always been with Miles Sterling.
Just as Audrey Sutton’s ssage was received, Miles Sterling happened to be at the seaside villa.
Looking at Audrey Sutton’s ssage, Miles Sterling stayed in the room and thought for a while, hoping that Vanessa Sterling could go out for so relaxation, as she currently seed very uneasy, yet he feared letting her have contact with the outside world.
But this way of living wasn’t sothing he desired.
Perhaps letting her go out once might change her mood.
With this thought, Miles Sterling pushed open Vanessa Sterling’s door, and she was sitting in front of the computer drawing.
Miles Sterling walked over, handed her Audrey Sutton’s text ssage from his phone, and said, "Audrey is looking for you, saying it’s a company annual event, asking if you’re going."
Vanessa Sterling turned her head to glance at the phone and then lowered her gaze without speaking.
She didn’t know if Miles Sterling was testing sothing, but she thought he definitely wouldn’t give her a chance to go out.
After all, he wouldn’t even let her have the phone, and he would listen in when she made calls; how could he possibly let her go out and have contact with the outside world?
He even threatened her that if she tried to ask Audrey Sutton for help again, he would target Audrey Sutton’s child.
Vanessa Sterling didn’t know if he was just trying to scare her, but she knew that when he lost his mind, he was capable of anything.
Even if Shane Warner wouldn’t let Miles Sterling get away with it, it wouldn’t change anything.
So Vanessa Sterling no longer planned to involve Audrey Sutton, nor did she plan to escape this lifestyle, as Miles Sterling had already extinguished all the light in her world.
Perhaps seeing through Vanessa Sterling’s thoughts, Miles Sterling paused and said, "Mrs. Shaw has so family issues and asked for a week’s leave. I also have to go abroad in the next two days, so if you want to go, just go, and I’ll pick you up afterward. But the premise is, don’t try anything, or your days won’t be better than they are now."
Vanessa Sterling lowered her head and sighed softly.

She started packing her luggage two days in advance, wanting to go out yet worried about ho, and she instructed Shane Warner extensively, fearing that Young Master Warner would struggle to cope.

On the day of departure, the two of them started nagging at each other from the mont they got up.
Since Shane Warner had to stay ho to look after their son, Audrey Sutton asked the driver to take her to the eting point.

When Audrey Sutton arrived at the eting point, she happened to see Vanessa Sterling getting out of Miles Sterling’s car.
She watched from a distance as Vanessa Sterling closed the car door after getting out, and Miles Sterling quickly drove away without any exchange of words.

Audrey Sutton waved at Vanessa Sterling from afar, and Vanessa Sterling smiled, running over to her: "Audrey, long ti no see."
Audrey Sutton, holding her arm, asked her, "Where have you been all this ti? What exactly happened last ti?"
Vanessa Sterling’s smile froze, recalling Miles Sterling’s threats, and she dared not tell the truth, lightly laughing as she said, "Nothing much happened... just suddenly felt like not making things too complicated, so I didn’t want to continue. I’m really sorry for making you and Jasmine worry so much."
Audrey Sutton quietly asked her, "Was it because Miles Sterling found out?"
Vanessa Sterling hesitated and shook her head: "No, it was my decision."
Audrey Sutton: "So where have you been staying all this ti? I heard you moved away, and haven’t been to Rivia for a long ti."
Vanessa Sterling nodded: "Yes, I moved away. Quite far from Rivia, so I don’t co here much."
Audrey Sutton still asked worriedly: "He didn’t bully you, did he?"
Vanessa Sterling smiled and said, "No, after moving, we haven’t really t often."
Audrey Sutton: "That’s good."
Seeing Vanessa Sterling seed a bit more filled out than before and didn’t appear to have any injuries, Audrey Sutton reckoned her worries were unfounded.
There were three buses, mostly authors and staff from nearby Rivia.
When they arrived at the dock, there were already seven or eight buses parked, all seeming to be participants in the trip, and buses still arriving intermittently behind.
This ti Laura Yates wasn’t here, but almost all of the authors she managed knew each other, naturally organizing and following the crowd onto the ship.
Although they were all from the sa company, this ti’s scale was much larger than the last, and Audrey Sutton only recognized a few people she had t before, as well as other authors under Laura Yates, with most faces unfamiliar.
Thankfully, once on board, everyone did their own thing, just like attending a party.

The scene in the photo appeared to be a company eting room, taken from the podium with the cara aid at Faye Xavier holding the child, while Anna, in her arms, was leaning over trying to grab the pen and paper on the table, and Faye Xavier had an expression of helplessness, seemingly unable to handle this little rascal...
Seeing this image, Audrey Sutton couldn’t help but chuckle, replying, "You took our son to the company? Was he fussy? Is he disturbing your work?"
Shane Warner replied with a line of text: Just paused the eting to make him so formula, he’s not fussing now.
