Gwen suddenly halted, a bad feeling creeping into her heart.
She watched as Miles Sterling’s gaze fell directly towards Vanessa Sterling’s direction.
She was scared that Miles might have rembered sothing, so she softly tried asking, "Miles, what’s wrong?"
Miles Sterling looked thoughtfully at Vanessa in the distance, muttering with confusion, "I think I know that girl."
Gwen’s heart skipped a beat, her smile froze sowhat. Seeing that Miles hadn’t fully rembered Vanessa, she teased casually, "Have you been secretly keeping a little girl outside behind my back?"
Miles wasn’t in the mood for jokes but realized saying such things in front of his wife wasn’t quite right.
So he set aside his doubts and said softly, "Let’s go ho, I’m a bit tired."
"Alright. We have to go to the hospital for a check-up early tomorrow, we should get so rest."
No matter how Miles tried, he couldn’t recall past events, but from that distant glance, even though he couldn’t clearly see the girl’s face, the face beca increasingly vivid and specific in his mind.
It was as if that face had been deeply engraved in his mory.
Was the mory distortion due to the illness?
But this strange feeling has never occurred during this period.
The people currently around him, he only knew their relationship to him from what they said, then passively accepted it, without any mory of them in his mind.
But the girl in the amusent park, from that hurried glance, the feeling of recognition lingered endlessly in his mind.
There was even a strong urge in his heart, a desire to see the girl again.
He didn’t even know her na, nor if he would have a chance to see her again.

In June, the banner for the college entrance exam was already hung at the school entrance.
On the day before the exam, Hannah Sue wasn’t sure if Evan Sutton would co.
Before entering the examination hall, she stood at the gate, reluctant to step inside.
Watching her classmates enter the examination hall accompanied by each of their parents.
A hint of envy lingered in Hannah Sue’s eyes.
Even though she was well accustod to the Sue Family’s indifference, she sotis complained internally, wondering why she was born into such a family.
It wasn’t that she didn’t yearn for her family’s love, she simply stopped hoping after realizing she wouldn’t get it.
Hannah Sue lowered her head, looking at her phone, the screen stayed on her chat with Evan Sutton.
"Are you coming today?"
Half an hour ago, she sent this inquiry ssage, but Evan Sutton’s reply took a long ti to arrive.
Perhaps Evan worked the night shift last night and is now sound asleep under the covers.
As ti ran out, Hannah Sue sighed, put her phone into her backpack, feeling a bit dejected as she walked into the school.
Soon, a taxi pulled over on the road outside the school.
Hannah Sue received a reply on her phone: No matter if I co or not, you must do your best on the exam.
When Hannah Sue read this ssage, she felt like it carried the underlying ssage that Evan Sutton wasn’t coming.
She imdiately replied: But I want you to co.
Evan Sutton stood outside the school gate, looking through the fence, watching Hannah walk despondently into the examination hall.
After so hesitation, Evan still took out his phone and sent a ssage to Hannah, saying: Then turn around.
