Audrey Sutton and Shane Warner turned at the sound, and upon seeing Miles Sterling, both were slightly taken aback.

Watching Miles Sterling’s figure as he walked away with his cane, Audrey Sutton unexpectedly felt a tinge of sympathy for him.
She turned to Shane Warner and asked, "Was what I said just now not quite right?"
Shane Warner placed Anna in the stroller and responded blandly, "Everyone has their own position, there’s no right or wrong. You were thinking of your friend."
Audrey Sutton sighed softly and said, "Actually, I still hope Miles Sterling can resolve his issues with Vanessa in his clear state of mind, rather than relying on such deceit."
