Vanessa was utterly stunned, completely unsure why Richard suddenly acted this way.
Miles stood indifferently by the door, sowhat surprised that this man surrendered so quickly.
Vanessa glanced at Miles, uncertain if he had gone to trouble Richard.
But she didn’t feel any sympathy for Richard, coldly watching him plead on the ground, saying, "I don’t understand what you’re talking about, please don’t disturb again."
Then, Vanessa closed the door without a second thought.
As far as she was concerned, Richard’s temperant was no different from Miles’s in the past.

Richard got up, intending to ring the doorbell again, as if unable to leave peacefully without Vanessa’s forgiveness.

Richard turned to look at Miles, irritated, and cursed, "It’s none of your business!"
Miles couldn’t be bothered to explain, warning, "If I see you bothering her again, I’ll make sure you can’t even hold a brush."
Upon hearing this, Richard guessed that the man in front of him was responsible for those incidents, unsure of his background, but he’d assud anyone with such connections wasn’t to be ssed with, and he imdiately caved, saying while retreating towards the elevator, "I promise I won’t co again, please show rcy and spare ."
