"Clang!" A clear sound echoed, as Mu Chengxuan was sent flying along with his sword, followed by a heavy thud as he hit the ground.
Mu Chengxuan glared at Long Ya fiercely, trying to stand up with his longsword, but as soon as he was halfway up, his legs gave way and he fell back down, his longsword shattered into several pieces.
All around, there was a dead silence.
Qi Kaiyuan and Guan Shanhe’s mouths twitched heavily; even they didn’t have the confidence to withstand Mu Chengxuan’s sword. Yet, in front of Long Ya, it was utterly ineffective.
The smiles on the faces of the Supre Elder and the Third Elder of the Mu Family also froze, the previous cheers and shouts seed to still linger in the air, now filled with a sense of irony.

"Hehe, the young lord is right. Those trash in the academy must be sowhat stronger than these trash. When we step them down one by one, it’ll be much more amusing." Long Ya said expectantly.
Hearing their words, the surrounding crowd burned with anger. Only boasting during the enrollnt selection would be one thing, but they even planned to show off at Long Yan Academy. Did they really think Long Yan Academy was easy to bully?

Gong Hongru didn’t get angry; he just looked at him coldly.

"Han Yan, Lord Gong really ans Han Yan." Many had guessed that Gong Hongru might be referring to Han Yan from his previous words, but hearing the na still surprised them.
After all, Han Yan’s performance in previous assessnts was extrely average, not to ntion compared to Mu Chengxuan, even compared to Qi Kaiyuan and Guan Shanhe, he was lacking. Expecting him to teach Yue Fanchen a lesson? Shangyue Country people might think it’s a joke, and even thousands of Anyun people outside found it unbelievable, almost thinking their ears were having problems.
"Master, you want to go, isn’t it a bit inappropriate?" Han Yan thought for a while, hesitantly saying.
Her words proved that others’ ears were not faulty.
But seeing her hesitating timidly, clearly lacking confidence, people couldn’t help wondering even more. Even Han Yan himself was lacking confidence; if Gong Hongru sent him to challenge Yue Fanchen, wasn’t that seeking death?
