She knew that the poison chosen by Zong Dingfang was no ordinary toxin, and her current strength might not be sufficient to expel it. Of course, from this, it was also evident how formidable the poison was. With ordinary toxins, presumably, there would have been no effect; at most, it would have allowed Lady Mu to experience a mont of invulnerability.
