"So it’s true, so many people have gathered together; now we are safe. But why didn’t you enter?" Seeing the few hundred young swordsn inside the fortress, Yang Boxin asked excitedly and curiously.
"Are you from the Yang Family?" It was then that Qu Fengting spoke.
"I am Yang Baiqiao, pleased to et Young Master Qu. This is my younger brother Yang Boxin," Yang Baiqiao said respectfully, while quietly signaling Yang Boxin with his eyes.
Regrettably, while talking with Mu Hanyan, Yang Baiqiao completely missed the signal his brother gave him.
"Do you know Mu Hanyan?" Qu Fengting asked arrogantly from his superior position.
"Previously, thanks to Young Master Mu, my younger brother was saved," Yang Baiqiao said honestly.
"Since there is a life-saving grace involved, now you have two choices: one is to follow Mu Hanyan, the other is to join us in fighting the Exotic Beasts, but from this point forward, you cannot have any connection with Mu Hanyan," Qu Fengting stated bluntly. The Yang family had depended on the Qu family for years, so he didn’t bother with unnecessary talk.
"What! Why?" Yang Boxin looked at Qu Fengting in surprise.
"Mu Hanyan bullies n and won in Heishi City, behavior we despise. You either follow Brother Mu or them; the choice is yours," one of Qu Fengting’s followers said pompously behind him.
"This... Young Master Qu, Mu Hanyan saved my younger brother’s life," Yang Baiqiao said uneasily.
Whether it was for his own life or for the benefit of the family, he dared not offend Qu Fengting and preferred to follow Qu Fengting’s lead. But in front of so many people to openly turn against his brother’s lifesaver, he just couldn’t bring himself to do that, he still maintained that basic decency.

"Slap!" Yang Baiqiao slapped his brother hard across the face, cursing angrily, "Have you forgotten our family rules, Yang family? Now that our elder brother is dead, I make the decisions when we are away from ho. If you dare to speak another word, I will disown you right now!"
