All around, it fell silent once more. Everyone stared at the scene with gaping mouths, taking a while to regain their senses.

After a mont, a hand covered in mud shakily pushed aside the broken tiles on top, one piece, another piece, and yet another piece, until finally, a trembling figure struggled to crawl out.

Rember how earlier Nian An Yao was sent flying by Mu Han Yan’s strike, the bricks pressing on him blasted away, and he erged straightaway. But this ti, he crawled out slowly and laboriously, clearly showing that Grandmaster Nian was seriously injured.

"Impossible, impossible, what kind of sorcery did you use?" Nian An Yao muttered to himself.

At this mont, Nian An Yao not only had bulging lumps on his forehead, but blood continued to spray from his nostrils, a sight so miserable it tugged at one’s heartstrings.

The Fifth Prince and others couldn’t help the twitching at the corners of their eyes, their mouths persistently convulsing: Miserable, so utterly miserable, truly beyond bearable to watch.

A dignified sixth-level Sword Master with Beast Taming Master abilities, even after summoning his Sword Pet, was reduced to such a state. The most crucial part was that the opponent was only a third-stage Sword Master. Was there anyone in this world more miserable than him?

"I told you it wasn’t sorcery, why don’t you believe it?" Initially, when Mu Han Yan said it wasn’t sorcery, it seed like teasing, but now she spoke with justified confidence.

This was clearly the Little Auspicious Beast’s innate ability, the Sleep Barrier, how could it be sorcery?

"Mu Han Yan, Mu Han Yan, I’m going to kill you!" Hearing Mu Han Yan’s voice, Nian An Yao was overco with sha and anger, unable to suppress his fury, shouting wildly as he charged... charged towards the Fifth Prince.

Everyone broke into a cold sweat, thinking the old man was indeed seriously hurt, his eyes probably concussed.

"Master Nian, not this way, that way." The Fifth Prince was startled by Nian An Yao’s furious expression, quickly pointing in the correct direction.

Nian An Yao staggered a few steps, shaking his head to refocus his eyes, before turning and charging at Mu Han Yan again.

"Forget it, I’ll admit defeat, just stop fighting." Although she had no fondness for the old man aiding the wicked, seeing his swollen head and bleeding nose continuously streaming, Mu Han Yan "couldn’t bear it", speaking sympathetically. Yet, her sympathy seed insincere, as those who understood her, like Zirong, clearly saw the disdain in her eyes. She was disgusted at fighting with the miserable-looking old man.

However, to onlookers, it seed that Mu Han Yan’s talk of admitting defeat was actually pity for Nian An Yao.

Nian An Yao himself, of course, heard it as such, and was montarily overwheld with grief and indignation: Pity , you actually pity . I, a dignified sixth-level Sword Master and Beast Taming Grandmaster, need your pity?

Famous for decades, stirring fear across the Capital, who would have thought to be overturned today in such an unlikely way, bullied into such a state by a young upstart? If he stopped now, he might as well bash his head in!

"Mu Han Yan, don’t think petty tricks can make you invincible. This ti, I will let you see what death truly ans." Nian An Yao shouted in rage, speeding up his steps, then swung his palm to strike.

"Ah..." a scream echoed, a figure in front flew heavily away.

The onlookers all had darkened expressions, almost collapsing to the ground. Nian An Yao’s palm strike finally hit a mark, unlike previous futile attempts. Yet the problem was, you hit the wrong person. The one sent flying wasn’t Mu Han Yan, but rather Rong Tianhai, who was on Nian An Yao’s side.

It seems the old man isn’t just physically injured, but ntally addled as well, unable to discern direction.

"Master Nian, you hit the wrong person, it’s , it’s , Rong Tianhai." Rong Tianhai spat out blood froth in large gulps, filled with grief, pointing towards Mu Han Yan’s direction with all his unwillingness, "The one you’re looking for is over there, ugh... ugh... oh..."

Feeling so wronged, yet unable to cry, could only...

Cough up blood.

Vomiting a large mouthful of blood, Rong Tianhai fainted on the spot.

"Uh... Sorry, didn’t see clearly, once I’m done with Mu Han Yan, I’ll co apologize." That strike from Nian An Yao allowed him to vent a bit, as he said apologetically upon seeing Rong Tianhai lying there spewing blood after fainting.

But after turning around, seeing Mu Han Yan safe and sound, looking at him with "sympathetic" eyes, his fury reignited fiercely.

Zirong and others inwardly complained, it’s not sympathy, it’s clearly mockery. It’s just that the way this mockery is expressed is a bit peculiar.

"Don’t look at like that, it’s really not my fault this ti. Honestly, you’re too harsh, even if you can’t vent your anger, you shouldn’t take it out on your own people." Mu Han Yan said innocently, sighing and shaking her head afterward. Her compassionate deanor almost made Nian An Yao spit blood.

"Mu Han Yan, I’m going to kill you." Nian An Yao’s wounded psyche was once again stabbed ruthlessly by Mu Han Yan. If it weren’t for you, how would I have ended up like this? If I hadn’t been struck in the head and muddled with rage, how would I have accidentally injured an ally? You’ve got the nerve to make such sarcastic remarks.

"I, in the na of the Beast God, make a pact with you, using your strength to aid in breaking the skies!" Nian An Yao chanted loudly, with a wave of his hand, a cyan beam enveloped both him and the Dragon Whisker Thunder Beast.

In an instant, the Dragon Whisker Thunder Beast turned into a ghostly figure and vanished, while a powerful aura emanated from Nian An Yao, his previously modest stature projecting an imposing and majestic presence, as though he had rged into one with the Sword Pet.

Such a bizarre Beast Taming Technique! Mu Han Yan’s gaze turned serious.

Beast Tars are exceedingly rare across the Holy Court Continent; as far as Mu Han Yan knew, Beast Tars employ their Sword Pets either as mounts for battlefield charges or to assist in combat like a guard, never has anyone heard of rging into one with the Sword Pet.

The others were equally shocked; no wonder Nian An Yao was acclaid as the most powerful Beast Taming Master in Anyun following Xia Youchen, himself claiming to be a Beast Taming Grandmaster, truly displaying god-like Beast Taming skills.

"This... what kind of Beast Taming Technique is this, unheard of or unseen before," an elder among the onlookers voiced the doubts of all.

"This... is my exclusive Beast Taming Art... Beastly Heart, ha ha ha ha." Under the awe-filled gazes of everyone, Nian An Yao laughed maniacally at the sky, proudly shouting.

"Pfft!" Mu Han Yan almost spat out.

Beastly Heart, could this be a true reflection of Grandmaster Nian’s character? Such an incredible Beast Taming Technique, yet with a na like that, this Grandmaster Nian is sothing else indeed.
