Because of Li Yuanxiang’s mother?
Gu Chaoyan looked at Li Yuanxiang’s mother and started to wonder.
Li Yuanxiang’s mother was a relatively calm person and when Yuanxiang was missing, she did not go out to seek for her, but came to the Saint College and then to her place.
Gu Chaoyan wondered if it was because her mother was a calm person, or because she did not worry about Li Yuanxiang that much.
“I met Yuanxiang at the Saint College and have not seen her many times. And our meetings always take place at Saint College. I have no idea where she would go apart from school.” Gu Chaoyan answered, frowning.
“I am going to seek for her. I will try to e up with some ideas and will inform you, when she is found.” Gu Chaoyan answered.
She believed that if the search relied upon only a few of them, the whole thing would not work. So she had to ask Zhou Huaijin to get some people from the Shadow Door to do the searching. However, she could not reveal the existence of the Shadow Door.
Li Yuanxiang’s mother got slightly relieved, but did not look worried at all. She said calmly, “Thank you Lady Chaoyan, now it is time for my clinic to be opened, so please let her return to the clinic when she is found.”
Having said these words, she thanked the Dean again, then she left.
Gu Chaoyan looked a bit plicated when she heard that Li Yuanxiang’s mother was thinking about the opening hours of the clinic instead…

“Dean, go back to Saint College and keep your eyes open. Maybe Yuanxiang is there.” Gu Chaoyan reminded him. After all, Yuanxiang spent most of her time at the school and at home.
The Dean patted his head. That made sense. Then he left in a hurry.
When they were gone, Gu Chaoyan turned to Sword One. “Sword One, please help me pass on the message to Zhou Huaijin. I need his hidden guards.”
Sword One heard these words, so she said directly, “Elder Miss, just give the order. Lord said that anyone from the Shadow Door shall be at your disposal.”
Gu Chaoyan looked at Sword One. She was surprised, but soon she realized that it made sense. Then she felt very moved.
Maybe… In this world… Only Zhou Huaijin was treating her so nicely without any conditions and considered everything for her sake.

She ate breakfast because someone was worried about her.
When she was done with breakfast, Gu Chaoyan stayed in the room, looking anxious.
“Qing, get me a coat please.” Gu Chaoyan thought and was about to go out to seek for her personally. She did trust the hidden guards’ abilities, but still.
However, before Qing was able to get her the coat Sword Two rushed in.
