Chapter 999: Not Right
While they were talking, Qing and Sword One hurried to them as well.
Sword One must have informed Qing, so they came together in case they were delayed.
Gu Chaoyan looked about, but failed to see Sword Two and Zhou Huaijin. She nodded at Xiu Jie. “Let’s head to Xinlin Clinic first.”
Gu Chaoyan, along with Sword One and Qing were seated in the wagon, whilst Xiu Jie was seated next to the coachman as they headed towards the Xinlin Clinic without a moment of delay.
Gu Chaoyan had just realized that the coachman was not driving very fast.
It must have been Xiu Jie’s instructions that the wagon should not go too fast, otherwise she might get sick. Xiu Jie was always like this – listening to her orders and taking her as a consideration.

Gu Chaoyan frowned subconsciously. She did understand how this girl was feeling, but she still said patiently, “I am from Xinlin Clinic, and I am checking him up!”
“You are from Xinlin Clinic? Then get your doctor! Don’t touch him, if anything happens to Brother Shanhu, you won’t be able to take responsibility!”
