’Should I entrust Guin to them instead?’

The thought lingered for only a mont before Adam dismissed it.

’No... I should not.’

The Governnt was involved with the S-Rankers.

Perhaps not every mber or departnt were in cahoots with them, but a large enough number did...

The recent events had proven that certain influential figures within the Governnt were secretly supporting the plans and ambitions of the S-Rankers.

Until Adam understood the full extent of their involvent, he could not risk handing Guin over to them.

Trusting the wrong person could easily place her in greater danger.

’Also... if Leila had truly betrayed , why would she show visions of what the S-rankers were doing...?’

Had she truly betrayed him fully, or was there sothing that Adam was not aware of?

Knowing so little about the governnt and the s-rankers plans for the future... Adam was truly frustrated now.

His thoughts drifted toward his previous life.

Adam had spent most of his career serving within the Governnt’s military branch.

However, his position had always been on the battlefield.

Not behind a desk within administration, nor was he involved in the political state of the Tower of Yxthar.

He had served as a combat commander responsible for leading operations against invaders from other universes after the Tenth Floor had been cleared.

His duties revolved around military tactics and logistics, troop movents, battle plans... and basically every other military branch responsibilities.

The Governnt gave him objectives, and he accomplished them.

That was all... politics had never interested him.

Unfortunately, that now seed to be a mistake.

’Perhaps I should have accepted one of those managent promotions...’

Adam frowned slightly.

Several opportunities had been offered to him in the past due to his loyalty and strength.

Each ti, he had declined.

He preferred battlefields over eting rooms and he most especially preferred soldiers over politicians.

Yet if he had accepted those promotions, perhaps he would know more about what was happening now.

Perhaps he would understand the Governnt’s hidden plans, and perhaps he would know which officials could still be trusted...

As things stood, there were simply too many unknowns.

And Adam disliked unknowns.

Unknowns got humanity killed after all..

Since he could no longer fully trust the Governnt, his future plans would need to change.

Originally, he had intended to follow the sa path as his previous life.

Join the Governnt, earn military rits, and slowly climb through the ranks...

Eventually reach a position equivalent to a General and use that authority to help humanity prepare for the War of Universes.

Now that path seed far less appealing.

’I will have to establish my own guild.’

The thought settled firmly within his mind.

Once he reached Gold Rank, he would gain the qualifications required to create one.

The process itself was simple.

The cost, however, was not.

Creating a guild required an enormous amount of money and resources.

Still, it should achievable considering his strength and wealth as of now... especially since he had the existence of the strange viewers...

[Jurik_Joriksson has donated 3 Soul Cores]

[Jurik_Joriksson is smiling happily as though he knows what the strear is thinking of]

The Governnt itself was already registered as a guild under the Stream System.

In fact, it was Earth’s largest guild.

Joining the Governnt Guild offered nurous benefits.

One of the most important was access to the Guild Shop.

Guild Shops were unique marketplaces connected directly to a guild’s collective existence.

The larger and stronger a guild beca, the more valuable its Guild Shop would beco.

The Governnt made excellent use of this feature.

They provided protection, housing, and resources to production-oriented Stream Hunters.

Blacksmiths, potion brewers, enchanters, alchemists, rune crafters, artificers, engineers, and even farrs with production-related abilities...

In exchange, the Governnt received distribution rights for many of the items they produced.

Those products were then sold through the Governnt Guild Shop.

This created a cycle that benefited everyone.

Craftsn received protection, while hunters received equipnt.

The Governnt received influence and resources.

As a result, countless Stream Hunters chose to join.

However, Guild Shops were only one benefit...

Guild mbership also strengthened a person’s state of existence.

Every guild possessed a collective identity, that identity influenced all mbers within it.

The effects varied depending on the guild.

For example, the Rustfang Dogs Guild focused heavily on plundering, ambushes, and assassination.

Over ti, the collective "existence" of the guild evolved to reflect those values.

mbers often received bonuses related to agility, stealth, intimidation, tracking, or surprise attacks.

The Governnt Guild was different, far different.

It was the largest and most complex guild on Earth.

Its collective existence embodied order, structure, cooperation, and practicality.

As a result, the buffs it provided were equally diverse.

Military personnel often received enhancents to strength, endurance, leadership, and charisma.

Logistics workers gained organizational and efficiency bonuses.

Researchers received learning and analytical enhancents.

Production specialists gained improvents to crafting and manufacturing.

The exact benefits depended on where a mber was assigned within the guild structure.

In many ways, the Governnt Guild functioned like a living nation.

Every position had a purpose, and every departnt contributed sothing.

And the Stream System rewarded that organization.

Adam understood all of this better than most people.

Which was exactly why he knew how powerful a guild could beco...

And if he truly could not trust the Governnt anymore...

Then perhaps the solution was simple...

He would build his own!

’My expertise in social managent isn’t particularly good.’

Adam admitted this to himself without hesitation.

He had never been the type of person who excelled at networking, politics, or building large social circles.

However, the guild he planned to create did not necessarily need to be a social organization.

What he needed was sothing closer to a military order...

A place where strength earned respect, a place where responsibility ca with authority.

And a place where the strong protected the weak, while the weak were given the resources and opportunities needed to grow stronger.

Everyone would have a role, and everyone would contribute according to their abilities.

And in return, everyone would receive the support they needed to survive.

’As for the guild’s collective existence...’

Adam narrowed his eyes thoughtfully.

’Sothing combat-oriented would be best.’

Guild buffs were incredibly important.

A guild’s collective identity would eventually shape the benefits granted to its mbers...

If the guild developed in the wrong direction, the buffs it provided could beco diocre or even useless for his future plans...

He would need to carefully guide the guild’s growth from the very beginning.

From the ruling, to guild traditions, and even beliefs...

All of it would contribute toward shaping the guild’s "existence".

Only then could he ensure that both he and his future mbers received the most beneficial enhancents possible.

’I’ll worry about the details after I clear this floor and reach Gold Rank.’

There was no point planning too far ahead when he still had a Floor Boss to deal with.

Then another thought crossed his mind.

’Hm... I’ll force Miya and Raiden to join.’

A small smile appeared on his face.

Raiden was naturally talented when it ca to managing people and organizing groups...

He was far better suited for leadership and administration than Adam ever was.

Miya, on the other hand, possessed exceptional combat talent and would easily beco one of the guild’s strongest pillars.

With the two of them helping, building a guild would beco significantly easier.

From there, he could slowly recruit trustworthy individuals and expand its influence.

’Hm... there’s also those three genius team mates I t on the lower floors... although the starting skills they received were quite bad, the state of their existence should give them better skills once they reach a higher rank...’

...

Several hours passed.

Adam continuously flew between the remaining islands, overseeing preparations and helping coordinate defenses.

Whenever problems arose, he solved them personally.

Whenever resources were needed, he distributed them.

Whenever disputes broke out, his presence alone was usually enough to end them.

After all, he was the Chosen Conduit.

The Stream Hunter who had repeatedly defeated the mysterious [True Body] bosses.

The one responsible for carrying the Seventh Floor this far.

Because of that reputation, most Stream Hunters listened to him without much resistance.

The preparations proceeded surprisingly smoothly.

Then a notification appeared before everyone’s eyes.
