This money is not the currency of the Ninja World but real gold coins, which can be used to buy all sorts of strange equipnt.

If this person is also an Akatsuki intern, he must be Uchiha Obito, Uehara Naraku’s future colleague, and competitor for the role of mastermind!
Uehara Naraku frowned, clapped his hands together forcefully, and instantly activated his skill: "Lighting Release: Heavenly Thunder Prison Jutsu!"
