“What is that?” Rei asked. She aid her M4W at the creaking. She saw a zombie head pop through the cornfield. She lined up the shot and squeezed the trigger. The rifle bucked against her shoulder. The bullet struck the zombie squarely in the forehead, its head snapping back with a sickening crack as it collapsed to the ground.
“Good shot,” Jasmine said.
“There could be more,” Saeko said. At that mont, two Manglers in their red uniform approached. Her red eyes glaring at them. They both had sickles on their left arms and an energy weapon on the other.
Behind them, were three Mimics. They could the gaping maw, filled with sharp glowing blue teeth.
There was also a Margwa. It had three heads, tentacles for arms. Each step it took shook the ground slightly. His gigantic body pushed through the cornfields.
“We have a lot of company,” Saya said, aiming her Ray Gun.
“Let's take them down, we need the Avogadro here,” Jas stated. He opened the faceplate. He saw the silhouette of a human looking man. He had pointy ears and could see sharp fangs coming from his mouth. He was wearing a large cape. He smiled and slamd it down.
His body was engulfed in a brilliant, pulsating light. The air crackled with energy. Jas' body distorted slightly . In a surge of radiant energy, Jas` features reshape, to have his teeth grow bigger until he had fangs. His ears got pointy. His eyes looked sharper. Jas`s clothes changed to a large cape, white shirt and black pants. He still looked like Jas. His face, body were almost identical.
“Vampire,” Vampire said.
“He is so handso,” Shizuka whispered, her eyes wide with admiration.
Yuriko stood frozen, her breath caught in her throat as she took in his appearance. The sight of him sent her heart racing, and for a mont, she felt an overwhelming urge to reach out and touch him. He’s always been handso, she thought, but now... She bit her lip, struggling to keep her composure.
“My hero,” Jasmine murmured, her thoughts drifting back to the mont he had first transford into this form to save her and Jafar.
“He’s even more good-looking,” Rei admitted, unable to tear her gaze away.
“Focus!” Saya shouted. She thought stupid handso Jas.
“We are almost there, let's take them down,” Vampire said as he flew towards the Mangler. The Mangler charged their energy weapons with their right hand. They shot a beam towards Vampire. Vampire dodged out of the way and flew straight to one of the Mangler and took him to the sky.
At that mont, a Mimic ca running towards them. The turrets started to fire at the Mimic. The Mimic got hit with a barrage of bullets but did not look phased. The bullets tore pieces of the skin but it continued through. It opened its mouth for a second. Saya saw the blue glow. She aid her Ray Gun and pressed the trigger. The gun humd as it unleashed powerful red beams. The rays struck the Mimic`s mouth. There was a small explosion as it stumbled backwards.
Lois aid her M4W, she switched to the underbarrel grenade launcher. She pressed the trigger and fired a shot. The tube went through the air and hit the Mimic. There was another explosion. The Mimic was still up however.
Jasmine got her Lasso of Submission up. She twirled it around, like a cowboy and threw on the Mimic. It dropped to its knees. At that mont, Rei aid her M4W and unloaded an entire magazine onto the Mimic on his knees. The bullets ripped him apart. His flesh ca off as he collapsed to the ground.
Before they could react, a second Mimic approached from the other side. It launched two tentacles from its back and latched onto Jasmine. “Hey,” Jasmine scread. The tentacles on the Mimic's back started to reel in Jasmine.
“Stop it,” Rei shouted as she aid her gun.
Saeko lept into action. She swung Slasher down and sliced the tentacles. Jasmine fell to the ground. The Mimic roared. “Shoot the blue glow in his mouth,” Saya urged. At that mont, Yuriko aid her Jackal. She aid down the sight and pressed the trigger and fired. The bullet left the chamber and went towards the Mimic`s mouth.
At the sa ti, Lois aid her M4W. She pressed the trigger and a barrage of bullets went towards the Mimic`s mouth. The Mimic got hit with both weapons. The blue core got it and exploded. The Mimic then exploded.
Vampire flew up when the Mangler. “Up you go,” Vampire said and added, “Down you go,” as he ca down and suplexed the Mangler. The Mangler`s head crashed down onto the ground and snapped, instantly killing it. “One down,” Vampire muttered to himself. He flew towards the final Mimic. He watched the girls take down two Mimics already. He noted Saya knew its weak spot. She is a smart girl, he thought.
He approached the Mimic. “Flathrower,” Vampire as he felt a burning sensation in his stomach. He harnessed it until flas erupted from his mouth like a flathrower at the Mimic. The Mimic felt the fire and started to back away.
The Mimic threw its tentacles towards Vampire. He opened his mouth. “Darkness Bolt,” Vampire said as he used his dark energy and created a ball between his hands. He condensed it into a small, dense projectile and fired the bolt at the Mimic`s mouth. The bolt traveled towards the mouth and impacted. There was an explosion. The Mimic groaned as he dropped to the ground.
Vampire flew back. “Are you all okay?” Vampire asked.
Jasmine got up and dusted herself. “I am fine,” Jasmine replied.
“We seem to be holding off fine but I think there are two left,” Lois replied.
“Our good old friend the Margwa is sowhere here,” Rei added.
At that mont, they heard thunder strike. There was a bolt of lightning that hit the ground. In front of them, the Avogadro appeared.
“He is here,” Vampire said as he smiled.
