Since Aisha was a genius in almost everything she did, she had so difficulty deciding what her primary form of combat would be, what she would focus on, and which she wanted to be her strengths.
It was as if all the options were within her reach, which made her hesitate to choose just one. This dilemma was not strange to Rygar.
He himself had gone through it in his youth, and it was through the developnt of the Beast God Style that he finally understood what his true path was: an aggressive, offensive style, where movent was constant and vital.
Thanks to this philosophy, Rygar created an extensive range of movent techniques.
His fights were marked by relentless attacks, unpredictable angles, and overwhelming force.
And even his magics followed this sa principle — to strike hard, destroy quickly, and move on.
Aisha, on the other hand, had a natural affinity with the Water God Style.
During the last year, with the help and guidance of her master, she made the decision to focus her efforts primarily on defense — both in swordsmanship and in magic.
This defensive approach contrasted with Rygar’s, but it was what she found most suitable for herself.
Obviously, she still wanted to study the nurous secrets of magic in depth, but now there was a clear direction in her training as a warrior and mage.
With this decision made, Rygar dedicated himself to helping her build the core of her strength.
He taught her what was necessary to advance even further in the Water God Style, as well as advanced Barrier Magic, Healing Magic, and Earth Magic techniques.
And Aisha progressed with remarkable speed, as was to be expected.
However, sothing in particular ended up capturing Aisha’s attention more than all the other magics: the extraordinary Gravity Magic — one of the most legendary types of magic of the Dragon Race.
Just as he had planned, after leaving the Sword Sanctuary, Rygar finally managed to focus on developing the more specialized, complex magics that could give him a real advantage even against God‑level adversaries.
Among them were Gravity Magic, Vacuum Magic, and what he called the "Lightning Mantle."
Upon seeing her master manipulating gravitational forces, such as repulsion and gravity inversion, Aisha was fascinated and imdiately wanted to learn as well.
Rygar, seeing the girl’s sincere enthusiasm, handed her his old basic notes on the fundantals of gravity — notes he himself had already surpassed, but which were still extrely complex.
Since then, Aisha had been poring over the notes, trying to understand the intricate concepts that governed this fundantal force.
At that mont, she was so imrsed in her studies that she did not notice Rygar entering the tower. He spoke loudly, his voice echoing through the hall:
"Aisha! Prepare to depart in five minutes!"
Aisha was startled, her eyes wide, and she let go of the book she had been holding with such concentration. She sprang from her chair and trotted after her master with a bright smile on her face:
"Master! You ca to the Temple!"
Rygar smiled to see her run excitedly toward him. With a fond gesture, he tousled her hair without slowing his pace.
As they advanced through the tower’s corridors, the surroundings showed how special that place was.
Shelves packed with magical books, arcane circles glowing softly on the floor and walls, magical artifacts everywhere, and all kinds of knowledge scattered about.
Each room had a different purpose. The tower itself was full of arcane energy.
This was to be expected, after all the tower had been built from the remains of one of the Seven Magic Towers.
After the great attack, Gaia’s researchers dismantled one of them and studied its circuits, its runic structures, and its mana cores.
After all, that tower was a true goldmine of arcane knowledge, and Rygar took full advantage of it.
"Were you able to test your new Lightning Magic?" Rygar asked casually.
Aisha nodded enthusiastically:
"I tested it! But it’s just a reduced version of the master’s Electric Field... it’s no big deal..."
Rygar paused briefly, looking at her with a proud smile.
"No need to downplay your achievent. The principle behind it is different from the Electric Field. Good job on creating it."
Aisha’s face lit up at the complint. She tried to maintain her posture but couldn’t hide the sparkle in her eyes.
Still trotting beside Rygar, she followed him with quick steps until she let slip sothing, trying to sound casual:
"Master, I have news about Rudeus..."
Rygar glanced at her, sensing her slight nervousness with his senses.
While activating a magic circle that protected a door ahead, he asked curiously:
"Oh? And what is it?"
The door opened with a soft, mystical sound, revealing the next room. This was where Rygar wanted to go.
Aisha began to explain everything that lissa, her informant, had discovered about her brother and his friends — extrely influential figures, with powerful connections and worriso ambitions.
Her words carried unease, and she expressed her concern that this union of forces could beco a real threat in the near future.
Rygar listened attentively as he walked to the room’s main table.
Spread out before him lay detailed designs of armors, magical crystals, and energy conductors.
Leaning against the wall beside the table was the remains of an iconic armor.
It was clearly damaged — a visible perforation in one part, most of it completely lted — but there were still intact fragnts where the silver and gold sheen resisted ti and damage.
This was the Silver Blood and Gold Bones Armor.
The armor used by Galgard Nash Venick during his last, desperate battle against the Apocalypse Beast, Rygar Adoldia.
Before doing what he ca to do, Rygar leaned against the stone table, turning his gaze to Aisha.
He crossed his arms, expression neutral, and listened attentively to his disciple’s reports and concerns.
The young woman spoke naturally, but there was a contained tone of anxiety in her voice, and Rygar noticed even the smallest signs.
When she finished, he was silent for a few seconds, seriously pondering the issue. Then he asked:
"And where did you get this information?"
Aisha hesitated for a mont. Her eyes avoided direct contact and her right hand moved behind her head scratching it.
"It was a spy I left in the Sword Sanctuary before leaving..." she finally answered, with a slight tone of guilt.
Rygar raised an eyebrow, curious.
"And was she investigating Rudeus Greyrat? Didn’t I tell you back then not to handle your brother alone, but to ask for my help or Eris’s?"
Aisha looked away and... whistled.
Rygar’s eyes trembled, as if he couldn’t believe the girl’s brazen audacity.
He sighed, pressing his thumb against his temple, before speaking:
"Don’t get wrong, Aisha. You know this isn’t a bad thing. Actually, that spy was very useful. I don’t want you to think you can’t do these things on your own. I’ve told you I trust you..."
Upon hearing this, Aisha seed to shrink a bit. The expression of guilt intensified. Rygar read her like an open book, his tone firm but also compassionate:
"I know you want to prove sothing by killing your brother. But he is too dangerous for the Aisha of now to handle."
She didn’t respond. She just kept her head down, fists clenched at her sides. Rygar sighed again and continued:
"We’ll have to deal with him at so point. But right now we have our hands full. This is our period of greatest growth."
Aisha reflected on these words. In a way, they made a lot of sense.
It didn’t matter if her brother gained connections or power, the Kingdom of Gaia was growing at an even faster pace. They had the advantage of knowledge, resources, and strength.
Before she could respond, Rygar continued:
"Still, it’s good to be cautious. It should still take a few months, but soon we will have a Magic Letter device in the Northern Territories of the Central Continent. Until then, we can order soone from the branch of the Sword Sanctuary to watch his movents."
These words reassured Aisha. Knowing that her brother would soon have a spy on his tail was comforting. She sighed and spoke sincerely:
"I’m sorry for hiding this, Master... But I still want to kill him with my own hands!"
Her gaze was firm, determined. Rygar just watched her for a mont and let out a sigh, saying nothing. So things needed ti to mature.
Finally, he turned to a box under the table.
It was small, made of a dark alloy, with small magic circles engraved on its surface, pulsing with a faint blue light.
This was another of the reasons he had co to the Magic Tower.
He carefully opened the lid, revealing a small fragnt of Galgard’s armor: a piece of gold-and-silver tal, incredibly dense.
As he observed it, Rygar activated his Demon Eyes. His golden pupils changed, becoming bright.
For a mont, he was silent, absorbing the information, deciphering the circles and flows.
Then a broad smile appeared on his face. His eyes sparkled and the air began to crackle. His hair billowed as if an invisible energy was flowing through him.
He began to laugh loudly.
Aisha watched the scene, sowhat surprised. She pointed to the box and asked curiously:
"Hm, Master... What was the purpose of this experint?
Still laughing, Rygar snapped the box shut and turned to leave the room. As he walked away with long strides, Aisha followed him.
"The purpose was to discover the magic circles that composed the armor... and how to replicate them!"
Aisha’s eyes lit up as she grasped the aning.
Due to many other projects of Rygar’s, this one had been set aside for a ti, mainly for being more complex.
But today, it had finally shown progress.
The small box was created to be an analysis and recreation tool. If it worked, the armor would self-repair and record the process.
He did this because he didn’t have ti to study the armor himself.
By understanding this repair process, Rygar could grasp its workings and its basic creation process.
And then, he could use that knowledge to create sothing even more deadly.
If he succeeded, it would be a huge leap in his personal strength and in Gaia’s magical technology.
Excited by the idea, Rygar left the tower together with Aisha, the two talking in a light and eager manner.
Aisha was also anxious: she would soon see Nina again, one of the few true friends she had made.
It was rare for her to beco attached to soone.
Rygar soared with his own power, manipulating Wind and Gravity around him.
Aisha summoned her Red Dragon: Helios. At three ters long, he was obedient and swift. The best flyer among the Red Dragon hatchlings.
She trained him with discipline, and now she could use him to travel anywhere. And she made good use of this freedom.
As they flew together, master and disciple headed toward the combat arenas of the Temple, ready for another day of training.
---
A few minutes earlier, just before Eris’s arrival, dozens of swordsn were gathering in the temple’s great Central Hall.
The air was thick, laden with a suffocating pressure caused by pure murderous intent.
All eyes were fixed on a single figure in the center: Jino Britz.
His hair was slightly disheveled, his body erect and firm, as if still vibrating with the energy of a recent battle.
His sword was pointed directly at the chest of Clint, the Sword Emperor, who lay on the ground.
The blade shimred under the light, and the sheen of freshly spilled blood stained both the weapon’s edge and the stones beneath.
Jino had his foot firmly planted on Clint’s neck, crushing him against the ground, and his eyes overflowed with irritation.
Behind the scene lay Nina Farion, collapsed on her side on the cold stones. Blood flowed from a deep wound on the side of her head, forming a pool of blood around her.
She was unconscious, her chest rising and falling faintly.
In front of Jino stood threateningly: the Red Ogre Baron, muscles tensed and eyes flashing; Leonor Hangel, with a contained expression but a firm hand on her sword’s hilt; and around them, a half‑moon of swordsn — all Saint-level — with their lethal intentions clearly directed at Jino.
The silence was oppressive. The swords were still sheathed, but at any second, everything could explode.
