On the desolate frozen tundra, Rama used a spell to drag Broga swiftly across the snow.
They had already run a long distance, and around them, no trace of tribal warriors or worms could be seen.
"Stop, stop for a bit!" Broga croaked hoarsely, his severed leg leaving a bloodstain on the snow, "If we don’t bandage it soon, I’ll bleed to death!"
Rama glanced at Broga’s pale face; despite saying, "You sure sound lively, not like soone dying," she still stopped as he requested.
She deftly took out a pack of blood-stopping herbs wrapped in oil paper from her bosom, crushed them, and applied them to Broga’s wound.
The purple herbal powder mixed with the bright red blood, quickly coagulating into a dark scab.
Now the tribal coalition had shattered completely.
Thinking about the scene just now, Rama still felt a chill down her spine. The ice surface was smashed by the giant beast underwater, more than seventy percent of the warriors either fell into the icy water or got trapped on the ice, struggling to maintain.
Broga, this fool, originally had the capability to escape by stepping on floating ice, but he charged ahead and tangled with that fake worm king.

The two demons deliberated and decided to simply seek shelter at the tribe ahead; Broga’s condition really wasn’t suitable to take a big detour back to his own tribe.
Along the way, the snowfall increased, weighing heavily on Rama and Broga’s hearts.
On such snowy days, those warriors who hastily fled without regard for direction, if lost, would find survival even harder.
They finally dragged their weary bodies to the "Stone Face" tribe, the place rembered for its refuge.
Even dragging Broga’s severed leg, at the foot speed of an Upper-level Warrior, they were among the earliest batch to arrive.
However, just as they stepped into the tribal boundary, Rama’s foot sank into a snow-filled hole, and it was a coarse-scaled Lizardman who reached out to pull him up.
"Thank you." Rama stood firm, rushing to speak without formalities, "Sothing terrible happened at the hunt! We fell into a worm ambush, and the troop scattered entirely!"
He quickly recounted their encounter with a giant beast ambush and the coalition’s defeat, finally earnestly requesting, "Please quickly organize people to rescue the dispersed survivors while we can still recognize directions. In this weather, getting lost ans inevitable death!"
To the surprise of the two demons, after hearing this thrilling narration, the surrounding Lizardn remained unmoved. They exchanged silent glances, one of them eventually spoke, "Let’s take you to rest first."
With that, they led them to an empty tent.
Inside the tent, Broga sprawled on a fur mat with a deep sigh of relief, "Finally, a chance to rest."
"Sothing’s off," Rama frowned deeply, lowered his voice, "Did you notice? This tribe originally had this many Lizardn? Plus, they weren’t even slightly panicked upon hearing the coalition’s defeat?"
"Seems...like it..." Broga’s heart rose upon hearing it.
The two demons were whispering when suddenly outside ca a furious shout, "Who are you? Why are you in our tribe? Where’s my family? What have you done to my family?"
Rama and Broga instantly tensed, a terrifying thought flashed—capitalizing on a crisis!
Rama grabbed her magic staff, exchanged a glance, ready to find an opportunity to escape.
As she lifted the tent flap, another exclamation ca.
But this cry wasn’t angry, only filled with fear and despair.
At the end of the gray-white curtain ford by the snowstorm, an overwhelming silhouette slowly approached; the giant beast of the worms...had caught up!
Broga looked at that massive figure, muttering, "These worms really are... aiming for extermination..."

Chis didn’t plan to exterminate all five tribes; it only intended to consu one entirely.
Not because it had changed its nature, but due to its currently limited strength.
First, it escaped Stone Castle and started from scratch, then was slaughtered by the Old Bat; even with Chis’ capabilities, it couldn’t gather a large army now.
In fact, the worms in Chis’ hands now, aside from one Tou Chi Beast, two Evil Eyes, and a few Six Claws, most were filler troops, overall in quality and quantity, even lagging behind when it first encountered the mushrooms.
If not relying on traps, facing tribal coalitions directly, it was highly unlikely Chis would win.
Also, even with victory, Chis could only focus on those who fell into the water, while those who crawled ashore had only been bluffed because it couldn’t spare the forces.
After dealing with those in-water food sources, Chis only had one chance for an attack; with ti, those two-legged foods would regroup, making it difficult for Chis to win with minimal cost.
Moreover, the current tribe wasn’t randomly chosen by Chis.
It had been examined; three of the five tribes had traces of Fungal Mats nearby.
Though doubtful mushrooms could react so quickly, to be safe, Chis chose to abandon them.
Among the remaining two tribes, it chose the relatively weak one as the target for a raid.
Consuming them, filling reserves, Chis would then depart for the sea.
Chis also knew, the best thod was to use Gong River as a base, slowly exploring towards the ocean.
But the mushroom’s mats spread side by side every day, Gong River clearly couldn’t hold anymore, even this entire nearby area was already unsuitable for survival.
Chis would need to take its belongings to a place devoid of mushrooms, to have enough ti to accumulate power, reversing strength and weakness!
