She let out a long sigh, but made a chilling discovery.
Her heart tightened, and she anxiously ran her fingers through her hair, then dashed into the bathroom like a madwoman. After locking the bathroom door, she leaned over the sink, forcing herself to vomit all the chicken soup she had in her stomach.
But probably because she was too hungry just now, she tried several tis and couldn’t spit anything out.

As soon as the butler ntioned Sumr Shawcross, the expression on Noah’s handso face changed, and he asked concernedly.
"What’s wrong with her?" There was a look of tension in his dark eyes.
Being questioned by Noah, the butler showed a guilty expression, lowered her head, and whispered.
"Madam... has locked herself in the room for quite a while... I’m worried she might..."
Before she finished speaking, the man’s gaze standing by the window darkened, and he imdiately took large strides out of the study toward the bedroom.
He stopped when he reached the bedroom door, turned the doorknob, and found it was indeed locked from the inside.
His handso face turned extrely grave.
"I’ll get the spare key!" The butler following him spoke and then turned to leave.
Noah just glanced down at the solid wooden door in front of him, then took a step back.
Soon after... he raised his long leg and kicked the door hard!
——Bang! With a sound, the sturdy door was kicked open by him!
He did not linger at the doorway but walked into the bedroom with large strides.
The butler froze at the door, looking down at the kicked-in door with a surprised expression at first, then sighed with distress.
