——Bang!
Another loud crash, the sound of sothing being violently slamd against the door, accompanied by a man’s low roar.
The two bodyguards outside exchanged a glance, their expressions growing more tense.
At this mont, soone walked to the bedroom door, listening to the sounds inside, their face full of agony.
Seeing Sean Morgan arrive, the two bodyguards finally couldn’t hold back and spoke up.
"Boss, maybe we should go to the Drexler Family for the dicine..."
"Yeah, it’s not a good idea to go on resisting like this, what if sothing really happens to the boss."
The boss has always treated his people well over the years; they can’t just stand by and watch him get into trouble.
After hearing the two bodyguards’ words, Sean Morgan looked at the tightly shut door in front of him, a tinge of hesitation on his face as well.
But, the boss spent so many years of hard work, went through so much suffering, just to finally break free from the Drexler Family’s control... How could he now let everything be destroyed in an instant!
After hesitating for a long ti, Sean’s expression turned resolute again.
"You stay here and guard well," he instructed the bodyguards.
Upon hearing this, the bodyguards could only nod and respond.
"Yes!"
At that mont, a bodyguard rushed up from downstairs and hurriedly spoke to Sean Morgan upon reaching him.
"Boss, there’s trouble, the housekeeper is here."
"What is she doing here?" Hearing the bodyguard’s words, a puzzled look appeared on Sean’s face.
Didn’t he tell her to look after the madam, so why is she here?
"She brought the madam with her," the bodyguard paused and continued to say.
"What?" Sean’s face changed dramatically, his expression full of horror. Without waiting for the bodyguard to continue, he turned and walked quickly downstairs.
...
At the villa entrance.
"Madam, this is the only place I know of. When sir was ill, he stayed here for so quiet ti, and I’ve been here to deliver things, but if he’s not here, there’s nothing I can do." The housekeeper looked at the tightly closed villa door, speaking helplessly.
Upon hearing this, Sumr Shawcross looked up at the villa in front, then turned to look at the desolate surroundings, feeling a bit strange.
This house is surrounded by woods, you wouldn’t know a villa is hidden here until you co in.
Just then, the villa door suddenly opened, and Sean Morgan hurried out.
Seeing Sumr Shawcross right at the door, his face was filled with shock.
"Madam, why are you here?" Sean asked, turning to look at the housekeeper.
"I tried to stop her, but couldn’t..." The housekeeper sighed, speaking frankly.
Even sir couldn’t resist madam’s relentless persistence, let alone her.
"I made the housekeeper bring here," Sumr Shawcross quickly explained upon seeing Sean’s unpleasant expression.
Yet her heart sank... Over the years, Sean had always been respectful and polite to her. It was the first ti she saw him this panicked.
From this, it was evident that Noah Drexler’s condition... must not be good.
With that thought, her palms couldn’t help but start to sweat.
Sean looked at Sumr, his face full of helplessness, knowing the housekeeper must have told her everything.
"Madam, this is not a place you should be at. Please wait for a mont, I’ll arrange for soone to send you back!" He said to Sumr with his head slightly lowered.
"I want to see Noah Drexler!" Sumr, however, remained unmoved, looking firmly at Sean.
