Thinking of this, a smile couldn’t help but appear on Sumr Shawcross’s face...
This was the first ti she discovered that soone as serious and stern as Noah Drexler could have such a... cute side.
The smile on her face darkened Noah Drexler’s expression once again.
"Sumr Shawcross, is sothing funny?!" he frowned tightly, his voice full of annoyance.
At the sound of the man’s sharp voice, Sumr was startled and quickly suppressed her smile.
"No... actually, everything I said last night was just drunken talk..."
Speaking to this point, she paused in her heart. She hadn’t expected that the drunken words she uttered after a bit of wine would be taken to heart by him.
Drunken talk?
Hearing her say this, Noah Drexler’s face remained cold and detached, looking at her with displeasure!
So what was that earlier reaction about? Did he seem ridiculous when he acted all gentle?
Seeing that his expression was still off, Sumr realized the seriousness of this matter.
Could her previous smile have... hurt this man’s world-class strong self-esteem?
Thinking this, she cleared her throat lightly and then continued to explain to him.
"Noah Drexler, actually what I an is, for a man as perfect as you are, having a bit of a temper doesn’t really..."
Her words were cut off by the man’s displeased and mindful voice.
"I have a bad temper?"
When she looked up, she t the man’s somber face.
"..." Sumr’s expression froze again...
Great, she’s misspoken again!

Being stared at like this made Sumr feel a bit awkward.
She shifted her gaze, and then suddenly raised her head, looking at him earnestly.

Well, as long as he’s not angry, generally speaking, he’s not really fierce!
But once he gets angry... the scene is terrifying!
As her voice fell, Noah Drexler frowned slightly, his handso face showing a bit of dissatisfaction.

His earnest voice made Sumr feel a bit guilty, subconsciously clearing her throat, then putting on a conciliatory smile as she looked at him.

However, her attempt at flattery didn’t seem to work, as the man continued to stare at her with furrowed brows.
Clearly, he’s still concerned about what she left unsaid.
