His reaction left Sumr Shawcross sowhat confused. Assuming he didn’t like her purchasing the ga company, she hurriedly began to explain.

The Hillside Villa, in the bedroom.
Sumr Shawcross hadn’t left her room all day, just staring at her phone the whole ti.
"Ma’am, you’ve been looking at your phone all day. Be careful; you might hurt your eyes. Have so fruit," the butler said, bringing in fruit, noticing her on her phone again and couldn’t help but remind her.
Hearing the butler’s words, Sumr Shawcross finally put down her phone, but let out a sigh, unable to hide the disappointnt on her fair face.
She took a piece of the cut fruit to eat and heard the butler ask her.
"By the way, ma’am, tonight is your birthday. Would you like a cake tonight, or should I make you a bowl of birthday noodles?"
"You know it’s my birthday today too?" She turned her head, surprised, and asked the butler.
"Of course, I’ve kept track of both your and the master’s birthdays quite precisely," the butler nodded.
Upon hearing the butler’s words, Sumr Shawcross’s expression appeared even more disappointed.
Even the butler knew it was her birthday today, but that man seed to know nothing...
Not to ntion a gift, there wasn’t even a birthday wish text ssage from him.
Although she received many birthday ssages on her phone today, she couldn’t help but feel a bit empty.
She had clearly hinted at him several tis in the past few days.
Just as she was staring at her phone, lost in thoughts, the butler’s reminding voice ca again.
"By the way, sir won’t be back for dinner tonight. Mr. Mo just called to let you know not to wait for him and to rest early."
Upon hearing the butler’s words, Sumr Shawcross’s expression turned even more disappointed.
Indeed, she still couldn’t hold onto any romantic fantasies about this man.
