Listening to Sumr Shawcross’s words, Sean Morgan’s expression beca even more confused.
Just as Sumr was about to push open the hospital room door, a hurried sound of high heels striking the floor ca.
A young girl in a white short dress suddenly walked over, happily calling out.
"Sean!"
Upon hearing the voice, Sean turned his head and saw a girl with curly hair, large eyes, and seemingly in her early twenties.
"Miss Duval, why are you here?" Seeing her, Sean’s expression changed.
Shouldn’t she be at The Drexler Family?
Hearing this, Sumr also curiously turned her head to look at the girl.
However, when she saw the girl’s appearance, Sumr paused.
She was very pretty, and Sumr didn’t recall seeing her before. Yet, for so reason, upon seeing her, Sumr felt... sowhat familiar, feeling that her features resembled soone...
But she couldn’t quite recall.
"I heard Noah got hurt, and I’m worried about him, so I ca to see him." The girl’s face was full of concern as she spoke, lifting the insulated container she was carrying, "I also brought him so soup. It was made by the top chef at the finest Chinese restaurant in Narsus City!"
Listening to the girl, Sumr was taken aback.
Noah?
The na she ntioned, is it referring to Noah Drexler?
Thinking of this, her expression involuntarily changed.
"Miss Duval, you should return. The boss needs rest now." Sean glanced at Sumr, his expression becoming extrely serious and politely official as he spoke to the girl.
"But, I have sothing important to tell him." The girl looked innocently and a bit sadly at Sean.
"I can convey it for you." Sean remained unmoved.
"It’s about Mr. Drexler. I want to tell Noah personally." The girl’s expression suddenly turned serious.
Upon hearing this, Sean’s expression suddenly beca complicated.
After pausing for a mont, he turned aside, making way for the door.
Seeing this, the girl smiled and then knocked on the door.
"Co in." Noah Drexler’s deep voice ca from inside the room.
The girl entered happily, while Sumr stood at the door, sowhat shocked by the scene she had just witnessed.
"She’s..."
"Autumn Duval, she’s... The Drexler Family’s... adopted daughter." Sean paused before explaining, his words sowhat hesitant.
Upon hearing this, Sumr nodded understandingly. So she’s Noah Drexler’s sister?

The door opened, and Noah Drexler thought Sumr Shawcross was coming in. He put down the docunts and looked toward the door.
When he saw who entered, his expression changed.
"What are you doing here?"
The girl stood at the door, her gaze falling on his plastered leg, and her eyes instantly welled up with tears as she approached the bed, worriedly asking him.
"Noah, how’s your injury? Is it serious..."
Faced with the girl’s worried tears, Noah’s face showed no emotion, even... a hint of... disgust.
He didn’t know why Sumr’s tears caused him heartache, but the tears of the woman in front of him... only made him feel repulsed.
"It’s none of your business." He pressed his lips together and replied coldly.
