The various things Mr. Drexler had done to Noah Drexler flashed through her mind, and suddenly a surge of anger rose within her.
Thinking about it, she couldn’t help but speak up.
"This eagle is quite like you, sir." Ruthless and heartless, just the sa!
She initially thought this remark would offend Mr. Drexler, so she tried quickly to co up with sothing else to explain.
Yet unexpectedly, after she finished speaking, Mr. Drexler’s reaction was rather dramatic.
"What did you just say..." Mr. Drexler asked with a stunned expression, looking at her face.
Beside her, Butler Ye’s face changed, and he busily signaled for Sumr Shawcross to apologize with a wink.
Although Sumr Shawcross felt sowhat unwilling, she still bit her lip and softly began to explain.
"I’m sorry, Mr. Drexler, what I actually ant was..."
Before she finished her sentence, Mr. Drexler suddenly walked over to her, sowhat excited.
"Repeat what you just said for ."
Sumr Shawcross jumped in fright, instinctively taking a step back and looking at Mr. Drexler in surprise.
She originally thought he was angry, yet now it seed he didn’t have a trace of anger on his face, instead... it seed like he was shocked, as if stimulated by sothing.
She looked at Mr. Drexler puzzled and then glanced at Butler Ye.
Butler Ye wore an awkward expression and had to explain to Mr. Drexler.
"Sir, this maid is new here..."
"There’s no place here for you to speak!" Mr. Drexler interrupted, then he looked at Sumr Shawcross again.
"Repeat what you just said!"
Sumr Shawcross looked at Mr. Drexler with complete incomprehension, wondering if what she said had hit a nerve.
Thus, under his repeated requests, she could only bite her lip and repeat what she said earlier.
"This eagle is quite like you, sir."
Upon hearing this, Mr. Drexler suddenly laughed, wrinkles gathering at the corners of his eyes.
"So much like... so very alike..." he reluctantly repeated, intently staring at the ordinary-looking maid with dark skin in front of him.
He had thought that Autumn Duval was the person who most resembled her in this world.
Yet who would have thought... this maid who looked so different from her in appearance would speak words and hold an attitude towards him so strikingly similar to hers in her youth!
So alike!
Sumr Shawcross was quite startled by Mr. Drexler’s deanor, wondering if the old man had gone mad?
Nearby, Butler Ye also appeared bewildered and had to gently remind Mr. Drexler.
"Sir..."
The smile on Mr. Drexler’s face gradually cald down, and he withdrew his gaze.
"You may go back, be sure to take good care of the young master."
Hearing this, Sumr Shawcross gave Mr. Drexler a puzzled glance, then nodded and turned to leave.

Just after Sumr Shawcross walked out of the path, intending to return to Noah Drexler’s place first, a car drove over slowly.
Seeing this, she stepped back to make way for the car.
However, to her surprise, the car stopped right in front of her.
The car door opened, and a gentleman in a neat suit got out of the car, approaching Sumr Shawcross.
On that mature and handso face, there was a polite smile.
"Miss Esther, you really do have so skill. You’ve only been at The Drexler Family for a few days, and you’ve beco the new favorite of young master Drexler?" Yancy Shaw couldn’t help but praise.
Seeing who approached, Sumr Shawcross sighed and greeted as well.
"Hello, Mr. Shaw."
