Hua Yuyu nodded, and the Special Force soldier continued, "We got intel from another team that our target seems to have taken an interest in Miss Bai. After receiving the report..."
He pointed to the sky with his index finger and added, "That person ordered our team to protect Miss Bai while investigating her possible connection with the target."
Seeing Hua Yuyu’s interest, the Special Force soldier stepped closer and whispered, "Brother, let tell you sothing."
Hua Yuyu raised an eyebrow and watched as the Special Force soldier glanced left and right like a thief before saying, "When your client was selling antiques in Shang Du City, I was there with Captain Lei and our team. If we had found out she was involved with the underworld, we would have arrested her on the spot."

Understanding that it wasn’t right to ask him to abandon his only family, the Special Force soldier could only sigh at their growing workload.
While the two caught up on the latest happenings in the Special Forces and the missions they were working on, the two bodyguards could only pretend to be blind, deaf, and mute.
After chatting for a while, Hua Yuyu glanced at his watch and said, "I need to go buy breakfast for Miss Bai. Give your contact number."
Hearing that, the Special Force soldier took out a pen and a small sticky note. While writing his number down, he said, "Brother, I heard you asked your friend from the police investigation departnt to find out who posted the bounty on Miss Bai’s head."
Hua Yuyu took the note and replied, "Yes. Do you know sothing?"

Hua Yuyu tucked the note away and nodded. "Thanks for the information."
Then he turned to the bodyguards and said coldly, "I won’t stop you from following us. But if you interfere with my work, I won’t be so polite next ti."
Hearing this, the two bodyguards quickly nodded and promised, "We will only protect Miss Bai from a distance and won’t interfere with your work."
Now that everything was settled, Hua Yuyu turned and left to buy breakfast for Bai Hanyun.
After he was gone, the Special Forces soldier looked at the bodyguards with pity and shook his head.
He said, "Getting kicked by Captain Hua is no joke. I suggest you take your friend to the hospital to make sure he didn’t break any bones."
Leaving those words behind, the Special Force soldier went to check on his teammate, leaving the two bodyguards grimacing in pain.
While Hua Yuyu was on his way to buy breakfast, Bai Hanyun was already in the middle of a photoshoot session. Since she had fair skin and was quite photogenic, it didn’t take long for her to finish taking photos in the first costu set.
By the ti Hua Yuyu returned with their breakfast, Bai Hanyun had already changed into the second costu and was ready for the next round of photos.
Seeing him walk into the photo studio, she said, "Brother Hua, I’ll need at least half an hour to two hours to finish the photoshoot. You can have your breakfast first while you wait."
Nodding at her, Hua Yuyu picked a corner where he could clearly observe everyone and began to eat.

He didn’t have to wait long before the other side picked up. "Brother Hua, you called just in ti."
Hearing this, Hua Yuyu asked, "Have you found out why Bai Li is getting close to Gui Xiaoxu?"
Lu Renyi typed sothing on his keyboard and sent an investigation file to Hua Yuyu’s email while replying, "Based on my investigation, she just wants to beco a rich madam. But I have a feeling this matter isn’t as simple as it seems."
Just as he finished speaking, a notification sound ca from Hua Yuyu’s phone.
While he checked the email, Lu Renyi added, "I just sent the file to your email."
"Thank you," Hua Yuyu replied.
Lu Renyi humd in response and said, "Brother Hua, I also just discovered that the person who posted the bounty for Bai Hanyun’s assassination is one of the Bai Group’s shareholders. I tried to follow the lead, but soone seems to be intercepting my investigation. I couldn’t dig any deeper."
When Hua Yuyu heard this, he said, "You don’t need to look into it further. The one who ordered the bounty is Miss Bai’s father, Bai Yansheng."
Lu Renyi was stunned at his words. Coming back to his senses, he asked curiously, "Brother Hua, where did you get this information?"
"I ran into one of Captain Lei’s subordinates earlier. He told ," Hua Yuyu replied calmly.
Lu Renyi raised his eyebrows slightly when he heard this. "I heard Lei Jingqian’s current mission is top-secret and connected to the underworld. They should be extrely busy at this ti. How did you run into his subordinate in that small town?"
