In the sitting room of the luxurious, vast mansion, a middle-aged man sat on the couch. From his darting eyes and sweaty face, it was clear to everyone that he was anxious and nervous.
When Gui Xiaoxu stepped into the spacious, luxurious sitting room, this was the sight that greeted him.
"Paternal Uncle, long ti no see," Gui Xiaoxu said, his cold voice devoid of emotion.
The mont his voice echoed in the sitting room, Gui Sihong shuddered and turned around almost instinctively.
When he saw Gui Xiaoxu approaching with Ke Ting following close behind, he clenched his sweaty hands and forced out a smile uglier than a crying face.

Listening to Gui Sihong’s hypocritical words, Gui Xiaoxu calmly took a seat on the single couch.
As soon as he sat down, Ke Ting took out a small tal box containing Gui Xiaoxu’s favorite cigars. After Gui Xiaoxu picked one at random, Ke Ting put away the box and lit it for him.
Taking a puff of the expensive cigar, Gui Xiaoxu leaned back and lazily asked, "Paternal Uncle, have you received my gift?"
At that question, Gui Sihong’s expression darkened.
Rembering the bloody corpses of his family mbers piled in front of his residence, Gui Sihong burned with hatred. He wanted nothing more than to kill Gui Xiaoxu on the spot, but he knew it would be suicide to show such intent now.
Swallowing his hatred, Gui Sihong endured the humiliation.

Freed from their restraints, Gui Sihong rushed toward the middle-aged woman.
Seeing him, the woman’s eyes lit up as if seeing her savior. With her hands tied behind her back, she could only cry out in fear, "Husband!"
Gui Sihong shoved the two n holding his wife and shouted angrily, "Let her go!"
At Ke Ting’s nod, the n released Gui Sihong’s family and stepped back.
The instant they were free, Gui Sihong untied the ropes binding their hands and asked worriedly, "Are you all right?"
His wife nodded, her tears falling onto the cold floor. "Husband, we are fine. Why are you here?"
Seeing that they had only light scratches on their wrists, Gui Sihong’s pounding heart finally eased a little.

At those words, Gui Sihong knew he was at a disadvantage in this negotiation. Taking a deep breath, he steadied himself and said, "Stop wasting ti. Just tell what you want."
Hearing this, Gui Xiaoxu opened his palm. A second later, Ke Ting placed a gun in it.
Turned off the safety pin, Gui Xiaoxu aid at Gui Sihong’s thigh and pulled the trigger.

"Ah!!" Gui Sihong scread, clutching his bleeding thigh in pain.
"Husband!" His wife shrieked as she quickly supported him, her face pale with shock.
Glaring at Gui Xiaoxu, she scread hysterically, "Gui Xiaoxu! This is your paternal uncle! How could you hurt him?! You are a cold-blooded beast! A beast!"
Instead of anger, Gui Xiaoxu looked amused at her cursing words.
He laughed coldly and slowly said, "A beast? Maybe you are right. I am a beast. Unfortunately, this paternal uncle of mine failed to see that truth and dared to touch my n."
After saying that, he glanced at Ke Ting.
Catching the signal, Ke Ting commanded coldly, "Drag them to the side."
As the n in black approached them, the young woman and teenage boy clutched their mother’s arms tightly.
"Mother, I’m scared," the young woman whispered tremblingly.
Before the middle-aged woman could calm her down, the n seized them and dragged them to the side.
The middle-aged woman struggled frantically, glaring at Gui Xiaoxu with hatred. "Let go! You beast! Let go!"
"Wife!" Gui Sihong tried to grab her, but the movent tore at his wound. "Ugh!"
Irritated by her shrill cries, Gui Xiaoxu frowned. "Noisy."
At his word, the n gagged her, the young woman, and the teenage boy with a cloth, then secured it with duct tape.
