Hearing Yu Xiangyu’s questions, Chi Limin replied, "According to the information I found so far, Miss Bai is supposed to be the new chairman, but there hasn’t been any official announcent from the Bai Group yet."
Hearing this, Yu Xiangyu tapped the table again with his index finger. While the soft tapping echoed through the small VIP space, his eyes remained fixed on Bai Hanyun.
A few monts later, he said, "Keep an eye on the Bai Group. Let know imdiately if there is any movent from Bai Yansheng."
After he said that, Chi Limin opened and closed his lips, hesitating to speak.
Noticing this, Yu Xiangyu glanced at him and said, "If you have sothing to say, just say it."
Chi Limin nodded, then replied, "CEO Yu, our n found out that Bai Yansheng has placed a bounty on Miss Bai’s life, and the one who accepted it is the Bu Gui Pavilion."
When Yu Xiangyu heard this, his eyes flickered with surprise. ’What is Miss Bai’s background? Why is even Bu Gui Pavilion interested in her?’
After a mont of thought, he ordered, "Send a team of expert bodyguards to secretly protect Miss Bai."
Although Chi Limin didn’t understand why his boss was so interested in Bai Hanyun that he even deployed their elite team to protect her, he didn’t ask and simply said, "Yes, CEO Yu."

Bai Hanyun thought for a mont and asked, "Can all guests join this lunch banquet?"
The staff mber smiled apologetically and replied, "Unfortunately, this lunch banquet is only for our VIP guests."
Hearing this, Bai Hanyun thought, ’Bai Li was only seated in the middle area earlier, so she shouldn’t be able to join this lunch banquet.’
With that in mind, she said, "I still have things to do, so I won’t be joining."
The staff mber nodded and replied, "Very well. Let escort you out, Miss Bai."

Following the staff mber, Bai Hanyun and Hua Yuyu left the auction hall. Just as they reached the main hall of the auction house, Bai Hanyun spotted Bai Li in the distance.
Turning to the staff mber, Bai Hanyun said, "Please stay, Miss. I know the way out."
Hearing this, the staff mber smiled and bowed politely. "We look forward to your next visit, Miss Bai. Please take care on your way."
Bai Hanyun nodded, then quickly chased after Bai Li. Stepping outside, she saw Bai Li standing as if waiting for soone. Monts later, the dangerous man walked into the main hall of the auction house.
Feeling his oppressive aura, Bai Hanyun shuddered and whispered to Hua Yuyu, "Quick, hide!"
Just as the two of them ducked out of sight, Gui Xiaoxu left the building with his n. Before he could enter his car, Bai Li rushed toward him.
"CEO Gui, please wait a mont!" She shouted while waving her hand to get Gui Xiaoxu’s attention.
Glancing sideways, Gui Xiaoxu saw Bai Li smiling at him while panting. Ignoring her, he got into his car and ordered, "Don’t let her appear in front of again."
"Yes, Boss."
After he got into the backseat, his right-hand man closed the car door and got into the passenger seat, while two n stayed behind to block Bai Li.
As the car pulled away, Bai Li grew anxious. She glared at the two n in black who were blocking her path and shouted, "Get out of my way!"
The two n exchanged glances, then grabbed her arms and dragged her away.
Seeing their expressionless faces, Bai Li felt scared. She looked around and scread, "Let go! Help! Soone save !"
Amid her loud screams, no one dared to co forward to help her.
Watching from her hiding spot, Bai Hanyun rubbed her chin and said with a curious tone, "Turns out, that dangerous man is the one Bai Li wants to approach. I wonder what she wants from such a dangerous man."
Listening to what she said, Hua Yuyu pondered for a few seconds and then asked, "Miss Bai, do you want to investigate this matter?"
Bai Hanyun’s eyes lit up at his words. Turning to him, she asked, "Brother Hua, can you really do that?"
Hua Yuyu nodded and explained, "I have friends from military academies who now work in several national organizations. I can ask one of them who works in the investigation division to look into it."
Bai Hanyun nodded eagerly when she heard this and said, "Then I will trouble you, Brother Hua. Thank you."
Seeing her excitent, Hua Yuyu replied calmly, "Alright."
Since there was nothing more to gain today, Bai Hanyun said, "Let’s buy so local specialties and then head ho."
With that, the two of them strolled around Shang Du City before boarding their afternoon flight back to Fu Cheng Town.
anwhile, as Bai Hanyun slept in the plane, Feng Wu sent one of his subordinates to report to Feng Xiyan.

Hearing this, Feng Xiyan’s eyes lit up. He stood and quickly walked over to a large map made of leather hanging on the side of the tent.
Tracing the map with his hand, Feng Xiyan studied the terrain surrounding Xiqiang City carefully.
After a mont, he said, "Tell Feng Wu to bring the bronze mirror to the river outside the west gate."
"Yes, Master." Accepting the order, the shadow guard disappeared to relay the ssage.
After he left, Feng Xiyan called out, "Soone, co."
Soon, a soldier entered and clasped his fists. "Great General, what are your orders?"
