After kissing his cheek, she opened her bedroom door and went inside.
Feng Xiyan stood outside for a few seconds longer before finally turning around and heading to the guest room.
After taking a bath, the mont Bai Hanyun’s head touched the pillow, she fell asleep instantly.
The next day, Bai Hanyun only woke up after the sunlight shone into the bedroom and fell across her face. Stirring slightly in her sleep, her eyelashes trembled lightly.
A few seconds later, she yawned and stretched her body in satisfaction. After stretching for a mont, she slowly opened her eyes.
Turning to the table clock placed on top of the bedside cabinet, Bai Hanyun saw that it was already a little past nine in the morning.
She yawned again before slowly getting out of bed. With her eyes still closed, she walked toward the bathroom like a wandering ghost. Soon, the sound of running water ca from inside.
Twenty minutes later, Bai Hanyun ca out of the bathroom after taking a shower. Using a cotton towel, she casually dried her hair before grabbing her phone and going downstairs.
When she ca downstairs, Feng Xiyan looked at her and smilingly said, "Good morning, Yun’er. How did you sleep last night?"
"Good morning, Xiyan. I slept very well last night," Bai Hanyun answered before looking at the food on the dining table and asking, "Where are the others?"
Feng Xiyan placed a plate of stead buns on the table and replied, "Brother Hua and the others said that they were going out for a while."
Bai Hanyun took a seat and asked further, "Oh. What about Feng Wu?"
Feng Xiyan sat beside her, poured her a cup of soy milk, and explained, "I sent Feng Wu out together with Brother Hua and the others. Since we are already here, it’s better for him to look around and learn more about this world."
Hearing this, Bai Hanyun nodded in understanding. Picking up the glass of soy milk, she took a sip and began eating.
