Time flew by, and in the blink of an eye, the day of the freshmen trials had arrived.
The melodious horn sounded, and the neatly dressed students carried the banner of the Hunter Academy in unison as they walked into the Golden Trial Arena.

Mike grumbled.
It turned out after Mike had parted ways with Tegpus last night, he had suddenly received a message from Maggie.
She had asked him to go to her office.
Mike had obediently gone.
When he got to Maggie’s office, Maggie got straight to the point and explained to Mike.
“Mike, due to your repeated violations of class rules and various reasons for skipping classes, the Law Faculty had originally wanted to deduct half of your credits as punishment. But…”

“It looks like our Mage Class 2 will be famous today!”
The west gate of the trial arena was the Close bat Faculty.
The symbol of the Close bat Faculty was held up high by a tall and sturdy scholar.
Behind him was the new student team of the Close bat Faculty.

Mike nodded but did not say anything.

The gong sounded and Trudy was the first to make a move.
He was holding an aquamarine short blade.
The short blade was embedded with the gem on the mage staff.
It seemed that this was Trudy’s weapon.
Trudy threw the short blade at Mike.
