The fight between Feri and Fen began
“Oh, it looks like it’s about to start.”
“Yes…”
After collecting all of the money, Sebastian returned to his spot.
The fenrirs were crouching low as if getting ready to move.
“…Wuff… Wou!!”
“Grau!”
“Gurr!”
After looking at both of them, Leo nodded and barked loudly.
In the next instant, the two dashed forward at an incredible speed.
“Gau-grau!”
“Gurr! Gurr!”
Fen was the first to move.
While running, he jumped upwards and attacked Feri while descending.
However, Feri jumped to the side to dodge the attack. And as soon as he landed on the ground, he jumped towards Feri.
“Grau!? Gau!”
“Gurr…”
Fen had landed with a loud thud, and as Feri snapped his jaws and tried to bite, he jumped back.
After losing his target, Feri slowly turned in the direction that Fen had gone, and barked.
“…Perhaps we should move farther back.”
“Yes. Oh…Riruru?”
Every ti they jumped, we felt the vibration from the ground, and a cloud of dust reached us.
As for Riruru, she moved in front of us and lay low.
“Grau.”
“Kyau!”
“Riruru is saying that she’ll protect us.”
“Ah, thank you.”
Apparently, she was going to stop any shockwaves from reaching us.
Of course, she could not protect everyone alone, and so a few people moved towards Rahle.
“Gurr. Gau!”
“Gau!? Gau!”
This ti, it was Feri who barked and jumped towards Fen.
And when he did, his paws made holes in the ground, and a great gust of wind blew.
It was a good thing we were hiding behind Riruru… Otherwise, Claire would have likely been blown off of her feet.
Even though he was nearly the size of a horse, Feri’s movents were so swift that I could barely follow him.
It was then that Fen barked loudly and turned around.
“Hmm?”
“Gau!”
“Guur!?”
With front paws on the ground, he kicked back with his hind legs towards Feri.
It must have been unexpected, as Feri was hit in the jaw and yelped while being launched into the air.
“Gau! Gau-wau!”
“Gurr!”
Fen leapt forward for a followup attack. And then he kicked the air and accelerated towards Feri.
However, Feri also kicked the air, causing him to descend more quickly
But while I thought he would crash into the ground…he rotated his body and landed.
In the anti, Fen also changed course in the air and headed towards Feri.
“…I didn’t know that they could move like this.”
“I’m surprised too…I can’t even follow them now.”
“Yes, I’ve given up…”
Claire muttered, and I agreed.
Though, Leo, Riruru and Rahle were still watching, so they could likely see it…
“Woah…! Thank you, Riruru.”
“Gau.”
For a second, I saw them clash and then the ground cracked and a shockwave shot towards us.
It was a little surprising, but Riruru blocked it with her magic.
“Are they really not using magic…? Thank goodness Mr. Takumi stopped them.”
“I did not think it would be like this. So I’m relieved as well…”
