We t with the fenrirs
“Gurr!”
“Welco back, Feri. There, there.”
“Gur!”
“Wuff.”
As I turned to the fenrirs, Feri imdiately barked and walked towards .
He then sat down and they lay on his back so that I could pet him.
Leo also extended her paw and patted him lightly.
I was relieved to see that he had returned on ti, and without any problems or injuries.
Though, I did wonder if there was anything in the forest that could really harm fenrirs.
“Huh? You seem a little dirty?”
“Gurr. Gurr.”
“He says that they hunted on the way.”
“Mr. Takumi. Apparently, they brought that as a gift… Over there.”
“Ah, I see. Sothing similar happened in Bleiyu village as well.”
While Feri was not hard, there was so dirt on his fur.
Sebastian then pointed to a pile behind the ro of sitting fenrirs.
It looked like orcs…but also other monsters.
Perhaps Feri saw it as a kind of paynt for the hamburgers.
“Have you already t with them, Claire?”
“Yes. We already introduced ourselves.”
“In that case, it’s my turn now…”
“Gurr…”
“Uh, Feri?”
“Wuff.”
“Leo? What is it?”
Just as I was about to step forward in order to introduce myself… Feri stood up and stopped .
And then Leo also moved forward.
“AWOOOOOOO!!”
“GURRRROOOO!!”
“GAUUUUU!!”
Leo howled, and then the others followed.
The other fenrirs then lay down and rolled onto their backs.
Uhh…?
“Wuff!”
“Gurr.”
As I stood there, quite confused as to what was going on, Leo and Feri turned around and barked.
“Huh? Uh… Liza?”
“That was a surprise! Ah, eys. Umm… They said stand back. And then…mama and Feri want you to pet them.”
“Uh, that’s it?”
“Wuff. Wou-wou! Wou!”
“Ah, like with Volgrau. Speaking of Volgrau… Ah, yes. Well, it can’t be helped.”
“Bow…”
Volgrau was by the gate. He was making himself small and his tail was between his legs.
There were so many fenrirs here, and then Leo and Feri started howling…so it was no surprise.
“Uh, in any case… We-welco?”
“Gau…gau…”
“Wuff.”
While the others were all surprised, I had to do sothing. And so I went to the nearest fenrir and petted it.
It was scared at first, but then it let out a comfortable groan.
Leo nodded approvingly.
And like that, with the help of Liza, I went around and petted all of the fenrirs…
“Uh… Well… It’s nice to et all of you.”
“Grau!”
“Wuff.”
After it was done, I stood in front of the fenrirs with Leo once again.
Feri must have done sothing before coming here, as the fenrirs were quite unified… Perhaps the pack was already good with coordination.
Regardless, it was impressive to see them all get up and make a line again.
“Good work, Mr. Takumi.”
“There were more than I expected. It was a little tiring, having to pet all of them…”
There were thirty fenrirs excluding Feri. And so I felt a little tired now.
And it had taken quite a long ti…
