I learned why we didn’t get drunk

We were camping outside, and there were no chairs. But there was a cloth laid out on the ground, so he placed his plate and pitcher down on it.

Back in Japan, I had often been forced to drink a lot of beer by my boss. I still rember getting drunk and having to rush to the bathroom.
Though, I had never drunk so much that I blacked out with no mory of the previous night.
