In the face of these artillery attacks, Li Qing had many ways to dodge.

But most of these dodging thods would still reveal so clues that he did not rely on external weapon technology systems like them.

So, he used a trick that would not be discovered to resist the attack.

He activated one of the more than twenty thousand rings of innate divine techniques on him: Minis.

Space Evade.

The power of the Space Wizard gradually exploded.

All of a sudden, the space twisted, and the straight-line bullets bent into an incredible arc, circling around the opponent.

"What monster is this!?"

So warriors imdiately felt horrified.

"Everybody stop!"

At this mont, a voice ca from inside, and a middle-aged man with a full beard walked out, "Aliens from an unknown dinsion, please co in."

So of the surrounding warriors showed fear, hesitance, struggling to block the front.

"If they really wanted to make a move, we would have been dead already."

The bearded man chuckled, leading the way through the corridor and soon arriving at a conference room.

There were various male and female researchers of all ages who stood up, quietly watching the scene in front of them.

And these researchers were rely incomplete legendary powerhouses, with their consciousness waves easily read by Li Qing to see into their minds.

"There really are aliens, and he's really ugly."

"Is this a high-level civilization?"

"It's terrifyingly ugly."

"How can there be such a face as pale as paper, so stiff and unsightly."

...

As Li Qing, who optimized his life constantly and had a nearly perfect appearance, looked at them, he shook his head in his heart,

"Artificial legends, so what if their consciousness can have a soul ergence? Their consciousness leaks like a sieve, and even the consciousness waves expose themselves, letting people hear everything clearly."

"However, their civilization's aesthetics are indeed peculiar."

The creatures of this civilization looked like normal Earth humans.

The differences in height, weight, beauty, and ugliness were significant.

After all, genes were not perfectly supplented, so their civilization currently looked quite ordinary at birth.

But their postnatal costic surgery industry was very advanced.

It was as simple and painless as eating or drinking, but not everyone liked costic surgery.

In fact, after experiencing two hundred years of costic surgery craze, the Black Star Empire gradually ford an aesthetic sense of considering 'ugly' as beauty.

Beautiful faces were all the sa.

Naturally ugly faces were each distinctive.

This was also a form of individual expression, bearded, underbites, buck teeth, balding, all were personalized looks.

And natural ugliness had a sense of harmony, looking natural at a glance.

Surgically altered appearance just didn't have that flavor.

The empire's high-level officials in front of him had unique "beauties."

"Are you the advanced civilization that created us, watching us from the high dinsions of space?" At this point, the bearded man smiled and said, "I am Gu Shi, the Wisdom King of the Black Star Empire."

The Black Star Empire had twelve kings, corresponding to the twelve stars.

And above them, was the highest emperor.

Li Qing nodded; although he didn't know the specific qualifications of the bearded man, he estimated he was quite a formidable person with a rating above 94.

Two hundred years ago, the Black Star Empire could sweep across the worlds with tyranny and viciousness, eventually ruling the entire realm; promotion of various administrative talents was key.

The entire state apparatus was quite terrifying and efficient.

"High civilization existence, this is the data we recently probed." At this mont, the bearded man Gu Shi handed over a docunt.

Li Qing sat down boldly, not caring about whatever tricks the other party might pull by presenting a docunt from the start.

Li Qing took a look.

It was confidential information that he couldn't probe.

"High wave space frequency vibration detection, a signal wave from a distant civilization was detected, sending signals indiscriminately."

"Suspected to have perished..."

"Calling itself a livestock garden, being herded by a higher civilization, trying to escape, becoming a space-wandering traveling civilization, ultimately killed..."

It sent all its information and data before dying; it's unknown how many years after extinction this farewell ssage has been sent.

This happened hundreds of millions of years ago...

Li Qing organized his thoughts.

The extinct civilization level was not high, likely demigod level... and then there was no more.

It should have been close by, all within the sa galaxy, to be able to receive, considering the signal would be continually weakened crossing seas of space fragnts.

Hundreds of millions of years ago, now the other side was either extinct or had developed to a certain strength.

"Interesting indeed... Martial Arts Civilization didn't even have a bit of this technology..."

Martial Arts Civilizations all focus on personal martial prowess, each climbing the realm, unlike these people who specialize in external gadgets, failing to develop this technology to receive signals...

Li Qing felt little towards this extinct "lower city district civilization" that was herded.

The universe is so vast, with just a galaxy containing billions of trillions of stars, Earth among them is like a grain of sand in the desert.

Naturally, there must be other civilizations as well.

But unless they expose themselves, they likely would never have a chance to interact in their lifetis.

Each doing their own thing.

With barren planets full of resources everywhere, anyone could mine freely, and everyone lacked nothing, no need to wage war.

Even if exposed, would you dare to go?

You still have to worry it might be a fisherman, thinking it's a small fish only to find it's a shark, turning around to devour you.

Not going is the safest.

Civilizations that would go are probably so insane ones.

Civilizations in this cosmos are very practical and aren't as spectacular as in science fiction; the vast majority are like old dogs, sticking to themselves behind closed doors, playing alone.

"So?" Li Qing put down the docunt, "Showing this ans you know the world's civilization system, divided into inner and outer world?"

"Yes."

At this point, the bearded man unhesitatingly admitted, "We released those three developnt plans, intending to test the position and intentions of 'gods'."

"So, the result?" Li Qing laughed.

Gu Shi remained neither humble nor overbearing, "If you ignore it, then it would appear, as in the story, that we are herded like livestock."

"If you have appeared, it ans, there isn't any real serious malice!"

"If there were malice, we would resist with all our might, even if it were a war dood to fail, for no one wants to be herded."

This was a test by the Black Star Civilization.

A millennium-old civilization could develop terrifyingly, at least in terms of wisdom and strategic planning.

They also knew the "network" must contain vulnerabilities.

Therefore, they more often isolated themselves materially from external entities, hiding their civilization's data.

Even custodians of data had to have their mories removed, only to be returned with specific necessary prompts.

Various thods were employed for encryption work.

The data stored online was, on the contrary, a test.

"What a good idea." Li Qing smiled, even when passive, this civilization sought to beco active.

If he hadn't co, it would truly have proved his malice towards them, and they wouldn't have shown this classified information.

Calling out this information was also a gesture of goodwill.

"So?" Li Qing smiled, watching them, shaking his head while laughing, it was fortunate he ca; indeed, this world is not just about fighting but about human interactions.

If they already knew of your existence, what use is there in hiding?

Releasing goodwill is very important!

Many things don't need to be resolved through fighting; war is rely a political extension.

A qualified politician negotiates first, resorting to war only if talks fail.
