Ms. Dina was silent for a moment, then suddenly spoke, “I’m calling about that matter.”
An uneasy feeling welled up in Rong Yan’s heart, but she wasn’t someone easily swayed by emotions. Despite sensing something bad, she didn’t interrupt Ms. Dina, waiting respectfully for her to finish speaking.
“We might not be able to cooperate after all.”
Despite being mentally prepared, Rong Yan couldn’t help but ask, “May I ask why?”
