Since she’s been with me, she’s endured a lot. I’d gladly be bullied by her, and if anyone dares to speak a word against it, I’ll break his legs!”
He and Su Yi had been in a love marriage and luckily, their families matched well. So, from their dating to marriage, everything had gone smoothly, and their relationship had always been very good.
This man was forty years old and still didn’t behave! Su Yi didn’t know whether to scold him or not, feeling conflicted at that moment.
Suddenly, Lin Teng asked, “Right, didn’t you say Shengxiao would e tonight? How e I haven’t seen him?”
Su Yi’s concern shifted onto the topic, “I don’t know, he promised he would e this afternoon, so he should. He never breaks a promise he made to me, maybe he’s just been delayed by a traffic jam. The banquet has just started, let’s wait a little longer.”
Lin Teng actually wanted her to call Li Shengxiao to check if he was ing but didn’t want to show his worry that his nephew might not show up.
