She stayed silent for a mont before saying, "I want to destroy every one of those abominations created by the gods’ experints... They don’t deserve to dwell in this world."

Yuan sensed the anger in her voice, a deep resentnt that felt ancient. But he didn’t say a word and simply listened to her.

"If I had the chance... I’d butcher those so-called gods one by one. Because of their greed, our people have suffered for thousands of years... I’ll never forgive them for what they did to us."

"I have already butchered a few of them before coming here..." Yuan revealed while looking at the ceiling.

"Oh really? I never expected that..." She looked at him with growing interest. "So, how many did you slaughter?"

Yuan looked at her with a faint smile and said, "Not many. At first, they sent their most elite warriors after us. And I slaughtered them all, leaving only one alive."

"Hmmm... I’m really curious to hear the whole story now," she said as she got up, giving a full view of her impressive physique, before sitting next to him with an excited look on her face.

Her shoulder brushed against Yuan’s as she sat very close to him, looking at him with a smile that left Yuan montarily dazed.

’She is close... really close. In fact, too close... just what is her real intention?!’ Yuan shouted inwardly, though his outward expression remained calm.

’I should calm down... I shouldn’t get flustered just because there is a very beautiful woman sitting this close to ... a naked woman, to be exact.’ He took a slow breath to steady his mind.

Looking at him with curiosity in her eyes, she asked, "So why did you leave one alive? Wouldn’t it have been better to kill them all at once? Letting him live would only bring trouble to you."

"Though it may bring trouble, I let him return to the High Heaven for a reason. I wanted to deliver a ssage to those so-called gods sitting there," Yuan replied with a smile.

"I see... So you issued them a warning. That’s far more interesting than simply killing them all—you wanted the gods to understand the consequences of sending people after you," she said, nodding as she grasped Yuan’s intention.

"Indeed. I want them to know that only death awaits them if they co after my wives or . There is only one fate waiting for them—death."

"Simply brilliant. So, did they co after you?" she asked, genuinely intrigued.

"Of course they did," Yuan replied. "They sent two low-level gods after us."

"I’d expect nothing less from them. They are a bunch of lunatics—they wouldn’t give up so easily."

"Indeed. Those gods ca to the Elven Kingdom searching for us. It was Mireya’s kingdom—you’ve already t her."

"Of course, but I didn’t think she would be the Queen of the elves. You’re quite the lucky man to have her as your wife," Nerith replied, nodding. Yet she felt a strange sensation in her heart that she couldn’t quite describe.

"Well, even though she is a queen, she doesn’t act like one," Yuan said with a soft chuckle. "Anyway, the two low-level gods demanded that I surrender myself to them, and they ended up dead by my hand."

Nerith looked at him with surprise, her face moving closer as she stared at him for a few seconds.

"I never thought that you fought two low-level gods. You’re really amazing, Yuan," she said, her eyes sparkling as she looked at him, filled with admiration.

"It was nothing. They were insignificant, and I bet even you would give them a run for their money," Yuan replied with a smile.

"You are far stronger than those low-level gods I defeated. They were nothing—I killed them before they could even blink."

"Simply incredible! I’d really like to know what kind of training thod you used to beco so strong at such a young age."

"Look at —I’ve trained with the sword my entire life. Yet I couldn’t even hold my ground against you. It’s truly frustrating that I’m still this weak after so much training." She sighed and looked at the ceiling.

"Well, we should clean up and head out soon. The others have been waiting for us," Yuan said as he began washing himself before stepping out of the water.

Nerith did the sa. A fresh set of clothes was already hanging on a nearby hanger for her.

As for Yuan, he retrieved a new set of clothes from his System Storage and put them on.

"Hmm? Where did those clothes co from? They just suddenly appeared in your hand... What kind of trick did you use?" she asked, her expression filled with curiosity.

"It’s a secret," Yuan replied with a grin before leaving the bathroom.

anwhile, Varia entered the room where Rhex was holding a small eting with the four Dukes, discussing strategies to prepare for war.

The unusual movents of the Undead were becoming increasingly frequent, and it would be foolish to ignore the possibility of an impending conflict.

Furthermore, the undead race despised the living; their hatred was born from the resentnt of being stripped of the privilege of life.

Seeing her enter, Rhex looked at her with concern before asking, "Have they returned from the training ground? How is Yuan doing? Is he injured by that ruthless sister of mine?"

"I’ll tell you, but don’t be surprised, okay?" she said as she sat beside him, her expression serious.

"Alright. I’m listening." Rhex nodded.

The four Dukes were also curious about the outco of the duel between Yuan and Princess Nerith. After all, Nerith was famous for her ruthless nature in battle.

Varia took a deep breath before revealing, "Yuan is fine. In fact, he’s in perfect condition. However, Nerith is the one covered in bruises—she lost the duel."

"What?! My sister lost the duel?! Are you saying that ruthless woman lost the fight?! How is this even possible?!" Rhex imdiately stood up from the sofa in disbelief, his eyes widening dramatically.

Even the four Dukes were stunned after hearing this. Their expressions made it clear they had never expected such an outco.

"This is hard to believe... Yuan managed to defeat our Princess without even getting injured. Just how powerful is he?" Duke Hexryn muttered, sucking in a cold breath in disbelief.
