"You’re so shaless."
Sun Zizai shouted with a face ashen with rage, not expecting Tang Ming to resort to such despicable tactics as poisoning and threats.
"I’m also thinking about safety. Anyway, the poison you’ve ingested can only be cured by . If you don’t behave, expect to bleed from your orifices and die a painful death. You can try to break the poison yourself if you don’t believe ."
Tang Ming looked at Sun Zizai with a strange grin.
"You... You’re ruthless. Whether it’s the Ming Group or the Dark Group, we’re all working for the country. It’s unnecessary for you to control with poison."
Sun Zizai cursed angrily and slumped into the chair dejectedly, though inwardly a bit disdainful. As a biochemical expert, how could a re poison trouble him?
For now, he would pretend to go along with Tang Ming and play along, and when the opportunity arose, he would steal back the photos and research results, then detoxify himself and leave. Once back at the Ming Group, he would stand to gain great rit, money, won...
Seeing Sun Zizai’s eyes darting around, Tang Ming knew what the old man was thinking, but he couldn’t care less about this old fellow because no one could break his poison.
The vitamin pill Tang Ming had just thrown into Sun Zizai’s mouth was rely a ruse. His poisoning was actually due to Tang Ming’s poison skill.
Tang Ming then took the two doctors to the laboratory, instructing Liu Gaoze to fully accommodate their research needs and devote every effort to breaking through the study of the plum soup.
As the doctors imrsed themselves in work, Tang Ming couldn’t contribute and couldn’t keep up with these top-notch experts. He decided to step out of the laboratory and wait for the results.
Leaving the Liu Group, Tang Ming worried about Liu ngting, so he returned to the Liu Family’s villa to check if there were any adverse reactions after the young lady was saved by Xiao Honghong.
At this mont, Liu ngting, Li Xiaoli, and Xia Wei’er were chatting on the villa’s sofa.
Initially, Li Xiaoli and Xia Wei’er kept focusing on Liu ngting’s condition, but it soon turned into Liu ngting and Li Xiaoli interrogating Xia Wei’er about how far things had progressed between her and Tang Ming, and why Tang Ming murmured such amorous things in his sleep.
Faced with the two young ladies’ onslaught, Xia Wei’er turned completely red, unable to fend them off, but she firmly denied that anything happened between her and Tang Ming.
Indeed, nothing had actually occurred between her and Tang Ming. Although it was close at tis, they remained innocent.
Despite the embarrassnt, Xia Wei’er felt a sweet sense of happiness when Tang Ming called her na in his sleep during class.
"Ladies, what are you chatting about?"
At this mont, Tang Ming walked into the hall, smiling as he greeted them.
"We’re talking about whether you’d react if you saw Sister ng ng without clothes!"
Li Xiaoli looked at Tang Ming with a mischievous smile and shouted.
"I..."
Tang Ming twitched his mouth. Li Xiaoli was doing it on purpose, deliberately stirring the pot.
"Xiaoli, stop talking nonsense, or I’ll really get mad at you."
Sure enough, Liu ngting, who originally had a smiling face, instantly turned cold.
"Hehe, I won’t ntion it."
Li Xiaoli grinned mischievously and said in a quirky tone, "Just like the relationship between Brother Tang Ming and Wei’er, let’s not bring it up again! Nobody shall ntion Brother Tang Ming seeing Sister ng ng or talk about that thing with Wei’er and Brother Tang Ming."
Tang Ming and the others all darkened at Li Xiaoli’s repeated ntions of these incidents.
"Hmph, I’m not talking to you anymore."
Liu ngting couldn’t stand Li Xiaoli’s antics any longer. She snorted coldly and ran upstairs.
"Hey, don’t go!"
Tang Ming quickly looked at Liu ngting’s back and asked with concern, "How’s your health? Any adverse reactions?"
"None of your business."
Liu ngting responded without looking back and quickly went upstairs.
"So full of energy, seems like there are no adverse reactions."
Tang Ming nodded with satisfaction.
"Oh dear, Sister ng ng is just shy."
Li Xiaoli laughed triumphantly.
"It’s all your fault, you mischievous little thing."
Tang Ming glared at Li Xiaoli and sat on the sofa, feeling quite upset.
"What’s going on at the school?"
Xia Wei’er looked at Tang Ming with concern.
"We found the cause of the coma. It was due to an adverse reaction from the plum soup at Frank’s Restaurant."
Tang Ming hesitated for a mont and said half truthfully.
"Can drinking plum soup really cause a coma?"
Xia Wei’er looked at Tang Ming, puzzled.
"Soone must have tampered with it. Unfortunately, we have no clues yet and have no idea who did it."
Tang Ming shook his head helplessly. The biggest suspect now was the Ming Group.
The Ming Group had sent people to take over Frank’s Restaurant, which couldn’t be out of goodwill; there had to be sothing fishy.
But then again, it didn’t quite add up. As an expert in this field at the Ming Group, Sun Zizai knew nothing, so it’s unlikely anyone in the Ming Group could have developed such a terrifying thing.
"Phew, luckily Xiao Cangcang and I don’t like drinking plum soup. So that’s the real culprit."
Li Xiaoli looked grateful, finally understanding why Liu ngting fell into a coma, at least proving it wasn’t caused by her agitation.
"You two are indeed lucky."
Tang Ming nodded as he took Xiao Honghong out of his pocket and held it in his palm.
Li Xiaoli and Chen Cang were indeed very lucky this ti; otherwise, they would have been poisoned like Liu ngting.
"I think Xiaoli regrets not being poisoned."
Xia Wei’er gave Li Xiaoli a mischievous look.
"Wei’er, stop saying that."
Li Xiaoli panicked and rushed over to stop Xia Wei’er.
"Why?"
Tang Ming looked confused at the two girls playfully fighting.
"Because Xiaoli kept saying before that ng ng gets the chance to be seen by you because of the coma, and she was kissed passionately. She’s envious and jealous."
Xia Wei’er exaggeratedly shouted.
"Ah, Wei’er, you’re so annoying, I’m not talking to you anymore!"
Li Xiaoli, red with embarrassnt, shouted a few tis before quickly running upstairs.
"Hey, it wasn’t who kissed her, it was Xiao Honghong who bit her."
Tang Ming quickly explained loudly, unwilling to take the bla.
"Xiao Honghong?"
Li Xiaoli stopped and looked at Tang Ming’s hand, puzzled: "What’s wrong with Xiao Honghong?"
"Nothing, it’s just asleep."
Tang Ming lifted his shirt and placed Xiao Honghong on his collarbone.
Though the little creature was unconscious, it still knew to cling tightly to Tang Ming’s body, sticking to it like a little at sculpture.
"Oh, I see. I’ll go explain to Sister ng ng."
Li Xiaoli ca to a realization and shouted as she went upstairs, "Sister ng ng, not only did Brother Tang Ming bite you, but Xiao Honghong also bit you."
"Damn, she’s really out to get in trouble."
Hearing that, Tang Ming almost spit blood out in anger, it was so infuriating.
