"Ah? Ah, yes, I completely forgot."
Liu ngting quickly nodded. Though she had no idea what Li Xiaoli was up to, as her best friend, she had to offer unconditional support.
"I’ll call her right now and let her know."
Seeing that Mu Zixin and others were still skeptical, Li Xiaoli quickly took out her phone and dialed a number.
"Hello?"
After the call connected, a female voice sounded.
"Sister Xiaoxi, it’s Xiaoli!"
Li Xiaoli greeted warmly, then walked to the window.
"Xiaoli? Is your military training over?"
Su Xiaoxi was instantly delighted, because Li Xiaoli finishing her training ant Tang Ming’s training was over too.
"Yeah, didn’t we agree that after military training we’d co see you?"
Li Xiaoli glanced at Mu Zixin and others, and smiled as she said, "We officially start classes tomorrow, so only this afternoon is free."
"Ah? Then I’ll co to get you in a bit."
Su Xiaoxi was caught off guard but understood Li Xiaoli wanted to et in the afternoon, and agreed without hesitation.
"Alright, alright, rember to call us when you arrive, and don’t forget to bring a bigger car!"
Li Xiaoli reminded with a smile.
"Got it."
Su Xiaoxi chuckled and then hung up, knowing a sports car wouldn’t fit many people.
"Done!"
Li Xiaoli put away her phone and looked apologetically at Mu Zixin and others: "I can’t hang out with you guys today, but we’re together every day, so we’ll have plenty of chances."
"Hehe, if you have plans, go ahead."
Mu Zixin smiled, and everyone else understood.
Liu ngting’s lips curved slightly, understanding Li Xiaoli’s intention to go solo.
Using Su Xiaoxi as an excuse, they could hang out with Tang Ming and Chen Cang without worrying about Mu Zixin making a move on Tang Ming.
Tang Ming and his two friends were playfully fighting in the dormitory; since they were joking around, none used martial arts, but they were still pretty rough, all ending up with bruised faces.
"You two maniacs, fighting over so random woman, are you itching for a beating?"
Tang Ming sat on top of Shao Wuyou and ng Xianjun. While rubbing his face, he cursed irritably: "Don’t hit the face, and here you are, making mine swell. I’m so pissed."
"You insulted our goddess; I won’t rest until one of us stops breathing."
Shao Wuyou gritted his teeth while lying beneath Tang Ming.
"Pfft, I’m out, I can’t fight anymore; you’re crushing ."
ng Xianjun moaned in agony from underneath the desk.
"I won’t rest either, not until one of us stops breathing."
Tang Ming angrily grumbled as he pressed his weight down.
Just then, his phone rang.
"Xiaoxi, what’s up?"
Tang Ming answered, puzzled.
"I’m at Imperial University already; which dorm building are you in?"
Su Xiaoxi asked, sounding quite excited.
"How did you get here?"
Tang Ming was surprised.
"Your military training is over, and I’m taking you all out to have fun."
Su Xiaoxi laughed: "Xiaoli inford ."
"Okay! I’m in Dorm Building Four."
Tang Ming realized and responded before hanging up.
"A beauty is asking out, I’ll let you guys off the hook today."
Tang Ming squeezed down one more ti before standing up to get dressed.
"Humph, to , Lu Xiaolu is the most beautiful woman."
Shao Wuyou grumbled as he got up.
"I think so too."
ng Xianjun said, checking himself in the mirror while getting dressed.
"Do what you want. Anyway, I’m heading out; you guys coming?"
Tang Ming casually asked.
"No way, I’m going to find so relaxation and enjoy a massage."
Shao Wuyou declared bluntly.
"I’m going to hit on girls, hoping tonight I can finally lose my virginity."
ng Xianjun boasted smugly.
"For crying out loud, you two said you’d marry no one but Lu Xiaolu, and now you’ve changed your minds this fast?"
Tang Ming exclaid in disbelief.
"Pal, she’s just a goddess to admire. If you dive in too soon, there’s no fun in it."
Shao Wuyou rolled his eyes at Tang Ming, "I’m not giving up the whole forest for just one tree, am I?"
"Exactly! Pursuing her is just a notion; doesn’t stop from hitting on other girls."
ng Xianjun smirked while combing his hair arrogantly.
"What a mindset, seriously."
Tang Ming was speechless, unable to fathom the thoughts of these two. With that attitude, why did they fight at all?
"I can’t be bothered with you guys, I’m going out anyway."
After dressing up, Tang Ming headed out first.
Standing at the dorm entrance, Tang Ming didn’t see Su Xiaoxi’s car, figuring it hadn’t arrived yet, so he patiently waited.
After a while, ng Xianjun and Shao Wuyou ca out.
"Hey, Tang! You’re pretty big-headed, not going to the girls’ dorm to pick up anyone, just letting the beauty co for you?"
Shao Wuyou teased Tang Ming with a sly grin.
"None of your business, go cool off sowhere."
Tang Ming said irritably, giving Shao Wuyou a sidelong glance.
"Considering your attitude towards Liu ngting and Li Xiaoli before, it’s unlikely they’d co to pick you up, right?"
ng Xianjun was puzzled too.
"Heh, as if I only know them two?"
Tang Ming sneered, "Either way, I’m way better than you guys, who got all wound up over Lu Xiaolu as if you’ve never seen a beautiful woman."
"Oh, co on, you’re insulting my goddess again; I wanna see who you’ve got coming."
Shao Wuyou squatted beside Tang Ming, ready to see which beauty was picking him up.
"Idiot."
Tang Ming snorted with disdain.
Just then, a striking blue Cayenne pulled up not far from the dorm entrance, and a long leg dressed in red high heels stepped out of the car.
A breathtaking beauty in a black form-fitting skirt erged, clutching a small LV bag, with long hair flowing and diamond earrings glistening on her ears. Her dress’s top half had crisscross black straps showing off her shoulders and back.
"Wow, goddess alert."
Seeing her appear, Shao Wuyou and ng Xianjun were stunned, as were the male students passing by, all staring dumbfounded.
"That’s your new goddess, so what about Lu Xiaolu?"
Seeing his roommates awe-stricken, Tang Ming was speechless.
"Not the sa league, Lu Xiaolu’s a goddess among students, this woman’s in a league of her own among won."
Shao Wuyou wiped his drool, "Those long legs, I could enjoy them for a year."
"Indeed, a perfect bombshell."
ng Xianjun nodded in agreent.
"Get lost."
Upon hearing this, Tang Ming got mad, kicking the two’s butt fiercely.
"Whoa!"
Shao Wuyou and ng Xianjun flew out in a comical dog-eating-shit pose, landing right in front of that stunning woman.
