"ng ng, why did your driver get out and then disappear?"
Li Xiaoli put away her phone, asking with confusion.
"Didn’t you hear? He was arguing with soone behind us, probably about who’s at fault."
Liu ngting took off her headphones and pointed outside.
"ng ng, the driver, he’s been beaten by their people."
Li Xiaoli suddenly shouted, panicked, pointing at the driver lying on the ground outside.
Liu ngting turned her head to look, and although they couldn’t see clearly inside the car from outside the window, they could clearly see outside from inside the car. The driver was lying unconscious on the ground, and she imdiately felt a surge of panic.
"What are you guys doing? Planning to rob us?"
Li Xiaoli was scared, but seeing the driver lying on the ground, bleeding profusely, she couldn’t help but scream at the people outside.
Upon hearing the voice from inside the car, one of the big n outside, who had a full beard and a stout physique, pointed at the car and cursed, "Your car hit ours, look how badly it’s damaged; you better pay us right now."
"There’s been an accident, why don’t you call the police, why are you hitting people? Do you know I can call the police and have you arrested?"
Liu ngting felt sothing was off, but still tried to keep her composure as she yelled back loudly.
"Call the police? Go ahead and call them!"
The n outside quickly beca enraged. They grabbed iron rods and wrenches and started smashing the minivan wildly, causing it to shake violently. Inside, Li Xiaoli and Liu ngting clung to each other, terror-stricken, screaming loudly.
At this mont, the two girls were so overwheld by the situation that they had completely forgotten to call the police with their phones.
After several loud bangs, the black door of the minivan caved in significantly and the paint looked horrendous. The man wielding the large wrench shouted angrily, "Get out and pay for the damage now, or we will not let you go."
"ng ng, what do we do now? These people are so aggressive, are they going to hit us?"
Li Xiaoli huddled, fearfully speaking while clutching her head.
Liu ngting held her hand, comforting her:
"We’ll be okay, don’t worry, let’s wait and see!"
"Oh," Li Xiaoli nodded.
Liu ngting yelled out to the n outside, "Stop smashing the car! Who’s at fault isn’t even clear yet. We were just parked here; you hit us. Besides, you’ve knocked my driver unconscious, you should be the ones paying!"
"Enough talking, co out and settle this, or else we’ll co in and ss things up," the big man outside yelled.
"Yeah, you two girls co down and pay for the damage quickly, or soon you might need to compensate in other ways," the large n outside jeered, their actual intent being to force Liu ngting and Li Xiaoli out of their car so they could abduct them.
Liu ngting and Li Xiaoli, sitting in the car, were too terrified to co out, but the impatient n below had already had enough. The bearded veteran, an old hand in such matters, noticed that dragging on only decreased their chances of success. After a brief thought, he barked decisively, "If they won’t co out, we’ll just go in and discuss it with them."
No sooner had he spoken than the bearded man led the charge. His rough hands directly pulled open the driver’s door and climbed into the car. The driver had left the door unlocked and failed to remove the keys, making it easy for the bearded man to get in.
Inside the rear of the vehicle, Liu ngting and Li Xiaoli were now completely terrified; the two clung to each other, shocked that these aggressive people dared to board their vehicle!
"Don’t start anything, we will pay whatever amount, but you need to get out of the car first!"
Liu ngting tried to negotiate, feigning calm.
At that mont, the bearded man pressed a button, opening the back door of the vehicle, and another big man rushed up, sitting right next to Liu ngting and Li Xiaoli, smiling wickedly and leering at them lustfully.
The two girls were not only scared but tears started to fill their eyes. Facing such lecherous-looking n, which young girl wouldn’t be frightened?
"Don’t fuck around, focus on the task at hand,"
the bearded man said coldly.
The sleazy man chuckled, "Don’t worry, big brother, I won’t ss around."
"Good, you know,"
After saying that, the bearded man twisted the key and stepped on the gas to start the minivan.
The sleazy man smiled as he closed the car door, while Liu ngting hurriedly said:
"Why are you taking our car? Where are you taking us? Stop the car!"
Li Xiaoli also started shouting, "Stop the car now, or we’ll call the police."
As she spoke, Li Xiaoli rembered her phone and quickly took it out of her pocket.
The bearded man, looking through the rearview mirror, chuckled coldly, "Call the police?"
As soon as he finished speaking, the sleazy man took out sothing that looked like a cleaning spray from his pocket and sprayed it onto the faces of Liu ngting and Li Xiaoli. It had a very strong sll. In their panic, Liu ngting and Li Xiaoli inhaled a few breaths and imdiately felt their heads spin, then they both passed out.
The sleazy man saw that Liu ngting and Li Xiaoli passed out within seconds and shook the spray can while laughing, "Hey, this thing really works wonders."
"Of course, it does, costs over a thousand per bottle."
The bearded man reached his hand back and said, "Hand it over."
"Big brother, let use it for a couple more days, I promise I’ll give it back," the sleazy man said with a grin.
"Cut the fucking bullshit, do it quickly if you don’t want to die."
After the bearded man roared, the sleazy man had no choice but to hand over the spray can.
Taking the spray can and stuffing it into his pocket, the bearded man then pulled out his phone and dialed a number.
A mont later, the bearded man spoke, "Mr. Chen, we’ve got them. Where should we take them?"
Chen Cang had woken up early in the morning, earlier than ever since he started school. He got up extra early today just to wait for this mont. Hearing that the people were captured, he felt a rush of excitent and said, "Bring them to the abandoned iron factory on the outskirts. Do you know the place?"
"I know it, the outskirts where the old iron factory used to be, but it’s since turned into a deserted area. Mr. Chen, do you have a warehouse there?"
The bearded man was clearly familiar with the area, as the abandoned iron factory had long been repurposed into warehouses, specifically rented out to local rchants for storage.
"Warehouse number 24, just take them inside. Rember, don’t let anyone see."
Chen Cang instructed carefully.
"Got it."
After hanging up the phone, the sleazy man behind him had already lit a cigarette.
"Big brother, how much will this job earn us?"
the sleazy man asked with a smile.
"Don’t ask too much, or it’ll bring trouble. Just know, your cut won’t be short," the bearded man, looking through the rearview mirror at the sleazy man behind him, said discontentedly: "Call the others, make sure this job is cleaned up thoroughly."
"Don’t worry, big brother, the brothers know the rules,"
the sleazy man quickly nodded and said.
