Tang Ming thought to himself, "That’s really the case, isn’t it? After being fooled once, could Sun Zhuangjia still be so stupid?"

Over by Sun Zhuangjia, Ma Zhisong was contacting the managent of the bowling alley. Seeing Tang Ming and Su Xiaoxi intimately close like lovers, Qin Kong was extrely annoyed and cursed in a fit of righteous indignation:

"Brother Sun, how on earth does that stinking bodyguard deserve Miss Su? I want to take him down every ti I see him!"

"Alright, let him be happy for now. Just wait until we play bowling later, and see how I deal with him!"

Sun Zhuangjia cursed viciously.

"Brother Sun, the guy is here."

Ma Zhisong approached with a mysterious smile.

At that mont, the staff mber arrived, a man in his twenties. He walked over, opened up the bowling lane, and instantly the lights ca on, revealing a nearly twenty-ter lane in front of everyone.

Ten neatly arranged white bowling pins appeared at the other end of the lane, and the display above lit up instantly, able to show the number of pins knocked down.

Sun Zhuangjia walked over with his group and called out to Tang Ming:

"This is bowling, do you know how to play?"

"I know how to play with a shot put! But can’t I learn if I don’t know how? From what I observe, you win by knocking down all ten pins at the opposite end, right?"

Tang Ming asked in a carefree manner.

"That’s right, whoever hits the pins more tis wins. It’s simple, isn’t it?"

Ma Zhisong nodded, amused inside. This sport relied on skill; it wasn’t sothing you could learn just by watching once.

"That’s simple. I thought it was going to be more complicated!"

Tang Ming stood up and began to loosen up his body.

Haunted by his past psychological trauma, Sun Zhuangjia was still worried he might be outwitted by Tang Ming again, so he pulled Ma Zhisong aside and whispered, "Are you sure you can remotely control it? Don’t ss up again and get tricked by that kid!"

"Brother Sun, you can relax this ti. This lane can definitely be remotely controlled. However many pins you want to fall, that many will fall."

Ma Zhisong assured, patting his chest.

"Then you go try it."

Sun Zhuangjia was still a bit apprehensive.

"Alright, just watch."

Ma Zhisong walked towards the lane, picked up a black bowling ball from the ball rack, and held it in his hand.

Sun Zhuangjia watched as Ma Zhisong ward up a few tis, then swiftly rolled the ball down the lane. Obviously, the path of the ball was off, heading just to the left, and it seed doubtful that it would even knock down the pins on one side.

But sothing strange happened. As soon as the black ball reached the ten neatly arranged white pins, a loud clanging noise was heard, and all the pins toppled over after colliding with each other.

If your eyes were bad, or if you weren’t paying special attention, you wouldn’t notice a thing! Seeing this, Sun Zhuangjia imdiately exchanged a knowing look with Qin Kong, both revealing a cold smirk on their faces.

With such a great piece of machinery to help, how could they fear not winning this ti?

"Nice demonstration."

Sun Zhuangjia smiled, then turned to Tang Ming and asked:

"Bowling is different from shot put. Tang Ming, you want to give it a try?"

"Sure thing."

Tang Ming walked up to the ball rack, looking at the row of balls, unsure of which to choose.

That’s when Su Xiaoxi walked over, patted Tang Ming on the shoulder, and said with a smile, "Looks like you could use my help now, huh?"

"Then tell , what are the rules of this ga? I want to win so money from them in a bit."

Tang Ming asked eagerly.

Su Xiaoxi didn’t think Tang Ming was bragging at all. She thought he was amazing, learning anything extrely quickly, just like a genius!

"Didn’t you see there are three holes on top? This is how you hold the ball."

Su Xiaoxi slowly demonstrated to Tang Ming how to do it.

Although Su Xiaoxi rarely played bowling too, as a child of a wealthy family, she’d been exposed to such sports and was quite familiar with the basics.

After Su Xiaoxi demonstrated the basic way to hold the ball, Tang Ming got it after one look. Then, imitating Ma Zhisong and the others, he adopted a stylish pose and threw the ball down the lane.

With a loud crash, he knocked down five pins—a respectable score for a first try.

Su Xiaoxi’s eyes widened as she looked at Tang Ming in astonishnt and said, "You got it after only one look, and you hit five pins on your first try. No one would believe you’ve never bowled before!"

Tang Ming smiled confidently, but at that mont, Qin Kong scoffed and said, "It’s just good luck, nothing more. Sotis even a streak of dumb luck is normal!"

Upon hearing this, Sun Zhuangjia and Ma Zhisong both burst into laughter, clearly thinking Tang Ming had just been lucky.

After playing casually for about ten minutes, Sun Zhuangjia approached Tang Ming, challenging him, "This isn’t much fun just playing like this. How about we make a bet, Tang Ming?"

"You can bet on bowling?"

Tang Ming asked, feigning curiosity.

"Of course, each person throws four balls, whoever knocks down the most pins wins. How about five million per round? Dare to take the challenge?"

Sun Zhuangjia said mockingly, "Surely you’re not scared just because you won a little money from earlier?"

"Five million, you sure dream big!"

Su Xiaoxi frowned and said worriedly, "You’re making such a huge bet with Tang Ming when he’s just started. You’re really bullying an honest man!"

Qin Kong sneered, "Didn’t Tang Ming just win over ten million? He should be scared of a re five million per ga?"

"Right, are you chicken?"

Ma Zhisong taunted directly.

Tang Ming glared at Ma Zhisong and said indifferently, "Say that again?"

"What? You want to fight?"

Instinctively, Ma Zhisong beca sowhat afraid, because Tang Ming’s gaze was truly intimidating.

"Keep talking nonsense, and I might just hit you for real!"

Tang Ming glared at the cowardly Ma Zhisong, then turned to Sun Zhuangjia, "Five million a ga is just pocket change. You really think I’d be scared?"

"All right then, let’s give it a try."

Sun Zhuangjia, seeing his provocation was effective, imdiately gestured toward the bowling lane.

By this ti, Qin Kong was already warming up, and Su Xiaoxi, feeling wary, asked, "You three planning to gang up on him?"

"If we’re going to play, of course we play together! Xiaoxi, you’re welco to join too. Since you’re Tang Ming’s girlfriend, it doesn’t matter if you lose, with him here—you’ve got a wealthy bodyguard!"

Sun Zhuangjia said in a singsong voice.

"Hmph, I’m not playing with stakes that high!"

Su Xiaoxi retorted, "Tang Ming isn’t one of those show-offs who just flaunt their newfound wealth, constantly bragging about who has more money."

Her words left Sun Zhuangjia’s face red with embarrassnt, but he had no coback. anwhile, Qin Kong urged, "Tang Ming, do you want to go first, or should I?"

"You go ahead."

Tang Ming gestured towards the lane, as he planned to see where these people’s confidence ca from. From his observations just now, only Sun Zhuangjia’s skills were decent; the other two weren’t much to speak of, barely better than a novice. So, what gave them such courage?

At that mont, Qin Kong had pressed the start button, and a new row of pins was set up across the lane, neat and orderly.
