Located in the inner section of the base, the Combat Developnt Arena spanned an entire wing.
The flooring was made from reinforced kinetic-dampening alloy, designed to absorb impact from high-tier clashes.
The walls weren’t ordinary... they were responsive surfaces embedded with energy diffusion matrices, preventing stray attacks from tearing the place apart.
Multiple sections divided the space:
• Open Combat Ring — for direct sparring and movent training
• Simulation Chambers — where terrain could shift between forest, ruins, desert, or urban
• Summoner Control Zone — wide space designed for multi-entity coordination
• Construct & Creation Field — perfect for Nina’s abilities
• Elental Impact Range — where Jax could unleash without restraint
Above it all, observation decks overlooked the entire area, allowing for monitoring, analysis, and future planning.

They wasted no ti in choosing one art to focus on from the three they each acquired.
Nina took on Phantom Artisan Scripture, Jax chose Frozen ridian Saber Art while West committed fully to Triad Dominion thod.

The first few days were rough, clumsy and a little frustrating.
Progress was slow.
Nina struggled with maintaining construct stability under rapid chaining.
Her drawings flickered and creatures collapsed mid-formation but she adapted quickly, increasing her speed.
By day three, she could manifest layered constructs in under a second.
By day five, she was chaining them.
By day seven... she was smiling while doing it.

Jax’s progress was more violent.
The Frozen ridian Saber Art demanded internal synchronization with his bloodline.
At first, his strikes were powerful but inefficient.
There was too much force and too little flow but he trained relentlessly.
His katana began to turn frosty and his movents beca cleaner.
By the end of the week, even when he wasn’t striking, every single movent of his blade left a thin line of ice in the air.
It was like the blade had a domain of ice surrounding it.

On the other hand, West’s training was entirely different.
The Triad Dominion thod required coordination beyond physical movent.
It demanded connection, alignnt and synchronization.
He practiced hand signs, body positioning and summon coordination again... and again... and again... and again...
At first, nothing happened until sothing began to change within him.
A strange energy began forming along his spine, coiling upward like sothing awakening.
By the end of the week, it had completely form as a different source of energy seperate from the awakening branches.
He stood in the Summoner Control Zone, breathing calmly while Gor’thala, Seraphyra and Aurethia stood around him.
He moved through the final sequence of signs, gathering energy and then stopped.
West frowned. "...That’s it?"
He flipped to the final page and was hit with the reminder that this battle art was incomplete.
He exhaled sharply while pacing. "The rest is on the higher floors."
This of course ant it was still out of reach.
He clenched the manual thinking about the best possible way to tackle the situation because he definitely needed to finish this.
As frustration began to build, a familiar chi suddenly rang in his mind.

A new manual appeared in his grasp which was completely identical to the one he got from the hall.
Except for the addition of one extra page.
Thia was the missing piece.
West’s grin widened. "Now we’re talking."
Although West did wonder which sick bastard thought it was funny to keep 99% of the manual on the first floor and the final 1% on higher floors, he didn’t dwell on it.
He followed the instructions from the last page imdiately, step by step until a strange burst of white energy erupted from his body.
Gor’thala, Seraphyra and Aurethia who were seated around him in a circle instantly felt a force increasing their bond.
A triangle of glowing red energy suddenly ford between them with West still at the center.
This energy connected them on a deeper level.

West’s eyes widened as he activated it instinctively.
The mont he did, everything changed. He could feel them in a different way... not just command them... he could be them.
His body suddenly transford as Seraphyra’s biology integrated with his existence.
His body elongated as serpentine like scales appeared all over.
"Woah..." West muttered in disbelief as his body slithered and rose and suddenly he was able to see the world in ways a human never could.
He could feel what it was like to be Seraphyra... there was a powerful thirst for mischief brewing under the surface and sothing extra... but West didn’t let it linger for long.
He proceeded to return to his human form as his skin emitted a green glow.
Gor’thala’s power flowed through him as he grew to a height of twelve feet and a staff ford in his hand.
Raw magic swept from his being as he stamped the staff onto the ground.
Flowers and vegetation began to bloom across the surroundings.
West couldn’t help but chuckle excitedly at how cool this was. He could feel primal physical power flowing through his muscles which had grown twice in size.
