"I have returned to the Human World."
In the Sanqing Temple, Lu Xuan stretched lazily and yawned.
He gazed around at his surroundings, at the small Daoist School, a thoughtful look on his face.
The Daoist School was hidden within reality. It could be seen, but not perceived. And going by the gathering speed of the Thoughts of All Living Beings, it probably wouldn't be long before a new supernatural phenonon was born...
A bold idea suddenly surfaced in Lu Xuan's mind. 'What if, one day, the Sanqing Temple grows powerful enough to move at will—to even beco Everywhere?'
His eyes lit up slightly.
'I'll have to find a way to speed up the gathering of the Thoughts of All Living Beings.'
With that, he settled his mind again, sat cross-legged on a cushion, and under the faint glow of the Celestial Venerable Cyan Lamp, he focused his spirit and cultivated in silence.
This ti, with the Daoist School's empowernt, he felt he could almost touch the Boundary of the Unity of Heaven and Man, yet he always felt he was just a sliver away.
And this tiny sliver, this thin veil that separated them, was what kept him from achieving the Unity of Heaven and Man and entering the Extre Realm of the Climbing the Divine Ladder stage.
There were even several tis when Lu Xuan nearly lost control of his mind and almost smashed open the Celestial Gate that stood at the very top of the Ninefold Supre Jade Steps...
If he had truly smashed it open, it would have created a bigger problem. The Extre Realm of Climbing the Divine Ladder would beco unattainable. It might not seem to have a major impact in the short term, but even the tallest tower is built from its foundation...
While contemplating the Unity of Heaven and Man, he also used the empowernt of the Sanqing Temple and the diation of Creation to perfect the Microscopic Innate Taiyin Star in the Acupoint in his left hand, continuing until it was roughly the sa size as the Microscopic Innate Sun, achieving a Yin Yang balance.
And in the Instant the Great Sun and Taiyin achieved balance, Lu Xuan let out a muffled grunt, feeling the astonishing power that erupted from this Acupoint.
A magnificent scene of day and night cycling, of Yin and Yang alternating, appeared over his entire left palm!
As if sensing sothing, Lu Xuan gently waved his palm. Wherever it passed, the void collapsed and was annihilated!
'What terrifying power...'
His gaze sharpened. The Acupoint had been pioneered, but a complete heaven and earth had not yet ford within it. It only had the Great Sun and Taiyin circling each other, yet it had already generated such vast power. 'If I were to use Creation to form a complete Little World inside...'
His heart trembled slightly. Lu Xuan took a deep breath, silently sensed the still-surging, seemingly endless Thoughts of All Living Beings in the Sanqing Temple, and gritted his teeth.
Imdiately after, empowered by the Thoughts of All Living Beings, he continued to try and operate the diation of Creation within that Acupoint!
But Lu Xuan was smarter this ti. Using the diation of Creation to directly create Innate things from nothing had a ridiculously high cost. He feared that even exhausting all the supernatural power of the Sanqing Temple might not be enough to create many things.
So-called "Innate" referred to the state before the Creation of Heaven and Earth. The nature of "Innate things" also surpassed that of "Nature" or the "Celestial Dao," which only ca into being after the opening of the heavens!
He operated the diation of Creation. His Essence, Qi, and Spirit depleted rapidly, but they were replenished by the supernatural power of the Sanqing Temple.
And within that Acupoint, Lu Xuan attempted to reorganize and reconstruct the sunlight shed by the Innate Great Sun and the moonlight shed by the Innate Taiyin.
The consumption of Essence, Qi, and Spirit was indeed far less than directly creating Innate things!
'When heaven and earth were first pioneered, the sun and moon were already complete. So what cos next?'
'It definitely won't be living beings. I'm still far too far from the level of creating life. Then it should be... Earth and water?'
He acted on the thought. A ceaseless stream of sunlight and moonlight was reconstructed and transford by Lu Xuan into microscopic grains of soil, which were then scattered into the Acupoint. As the soil piled up higher and higher and the consumption of his Essence, Qi, and Spirit accelerated, the form of the Earth slowly began to take shape within the Acupoint.
But with only land, it was just a vast, arid desert...
Lu Xuan then shifted to reconstructing the sunlight and moonlight into water. He sprinkled a vast ocean on the eastern side of the Earth, and then imdiately evolved mountains and rivers...
Thus, the prototype of a world was now present, but he still felt that sothing wasn't quite right.
Recalling so of the Daoist Collections he had read and the fragnted words from his three masters' teachings, Lu Xuan murmured to himself:
"Before Heaven and Earth took Form, before Chaos was opened, when All Things were Unborn, before Yin and Yang were divided."
'Now, in my Acupoint, Chaos has been opened, Heaven and Earth have taken Form, and Yin and Yang have been divided. Am I just missing the birth of all things?'
'No, that's not all. After the Creation of Heaven and Earth, Earth, Fire, Wind, and Water evolve naturally, and all kinds of Laws and truths grow forth on their own... My Acupoint has no Laws.'
Lu Xuan felt a little regretful. Laws and truths—he had only just begun to co into contact with them. He was nowhere near capable of creating them from nothing inside his Acupoint. He was still far too lacking.
'Then I'll start by completing the Earth, Fire, Wind, and Water.'
At this thought, Lu Xuan once again activated the diation of Creation.
'Wind!'
The First wisp of wind arose in the Acupoint. The wind blew harder and harder, fiercer and fiercer, gradually raging throughout the entire Acupoint Heaven and Earth.
Thus, he now had the fire of the Innate Great Sun, the soil of the Earth, the water of the ocean, and the wind that galloped through the world!
The Acupoint Heaven and Earth trembled. It seed that a few profound and mysterious natural Laws and Truths of Heaven and Earth were being born. Although there were only a few, and they were so faint as to be almost imperceptible, they gave Lu Xuan a huge, pleasant surprise!
He wanted to operate the diation of Creation again to expand the heaven and earth and sprinkle down more soil and water, but he discovered that the Sanqing Temple's supernatural power had already dropped by about one percent. Draining the pond to get all the fish was not a good idea, so he could only give up for now.
Withdrawing his mind from the Acupoint and returning it to his body, Lu Xuan gently raised his left hand, feeling the Acupoint Heaven and Earth within it that had already taken on a rudintary form.
