"Yin Tingxue, what do you an by this?"
The girl saw it; Chen Yi’s gaze deepened hauntingly. She suppressed her weak knees, took one or two steps forward, and leaned into his embrace.
Yin Tingxue entered his arms and was casually caressed by him. She carefully took a few breaths and said nothing.
"What do you an, hmm? Can you not like ? Or just not forever?"
Chen Yi looked at the girl in his arms and asked grimly:
"Are you trying to stall for ti with procrastination?"
"It’s not like that..."
Yin Tingxue shook her head in his arms, her legs stiff and weak, not daring to speak the words she had long prepared in her heart.
"Then what do you an?"
Chen Yi’s voice wasn’t gentle, and his fingertips wandered.

Yin Tingxue still couldn’t stop trembling, her heart pounding, as if holding onto so make-or-break resolve.
She softened her voice, a little trembling, and said:

Chen Yi smirked, cruel and sinister, and said:

He felt the girl tremble in his arms, but she didn’t retreat. Instead, she silently clung even more tightly.
She seed to want to make him happier, softer, not to do such things to her.
Chen Yi’s voice softened a little as he said:
"Let’s not talk about this; I believe we don’t need to reach such a point as long as you like ... I’ll take you there every year."
Yin Tingxue’s hand couldn’t help but scrunch his clothing, tears welled up, and she finally made a barely audible sound:
"Do you want... my heart?"
"What else?"
As the words fell, her hand trembled, pressing her face even closer, her face exceptionally pale.
This man, whom she was most afraid of in her life, wanted everything.
"You are already mine, do you even have a choice?"
Chen Yi asked indifferently.
Bitterness filled her lips, she trembled lightly, not looking at him at all, with a face full of despair:

Yin Tingxue shivered violently, her face ghostly pale,

Then she noticed that Chen Yi’s gaze had turned completely dark, urgently avoiding his eyes.
But Chen Yi had already forcefully lifted her up.
As her feet left the ground, Yin Tingxue cried out in panic, then was carried to the bedroom, pressed onto the bed, her mind went blank.
"Wait, wait, husband... husband!"
She cried out, pushing Chen Yi; she hadn’t struggled like this for a long ti.
Chen Yi slowed his hands a bit and said:
"If you have sothing to say, just say it, you can’t escape anyway today."
"No escape, no escape, I, I..."
She panted for a while, as Chen Yi noticed she wanted to say sothing but didn’t dare to, so he slowed his actions.
After a while, Yin Tingxue reached out and gently hooked Chen Yi’s neck, wanting him to lie on the bed.
She faintly sensed that when he lay on the bed holding her, he would be much more reasonable.
As she was so compliant, Chen Yi did not refuse, reclining on the bed to look at her.
"What do you want to say?"
Yin Tingxue took a deep breath and eventually softened her voice, saying:

Yin Tingxue spoke fast, worried that Chen Yi wouldn’t hear her clearly, so she repeated herself.

Yin Tingxue squeezed her hands tight, curled up, leaning against his chest, not daring to look at him, and finally spoke the words she had hesitated over:

Her little face turned red to the extre, she cautiously snuggled into his embrace.
Chen Yi pondered with his eyes half-closed.
Afraid he wasn’t satisfied, she quietly added:
"In the process, I’ll try, okay?"
"Try what?"
"Try to..."
Stamring, she finally spoke out,
"Try to like you..."
Chen Yi was taken aback, his heart subtly stirred; those words seed to touch his core.
Yin Tingxue feared he wouldn’t agree, so she lifted her eyes to observe:
"Is that... okay? You said you could give so ti..."
Even though he understood that this was likely another one of her soft tactics to stall, Chen Yi was nevertheless touched.
He laughed, kissed her face, and said:
"Since I said it, so be it."
Tears welled in Yin Tingxue’s eyes, and the corners of her mouth lifted slightly; she wiped her tears with a hint of embarrassnt:
"Then, then... let’s do it."
"Hmm? Tasting the marrow, insatiable desires now?" Chen Yi’s hands started to wander restlessly.
Hearing his teasing, Yin Tingxue, fearing he’d retract his promise, bit her lip and endured the grievance, saying:
"Mm, I want... it now..."
Seeing her pitiful expression, Chen Yi felt his heart tighten inexplicably.
She had no mother, her family was uprooted, and at the end of it all, she was left alone with nothing but him—the person who took her as a concubine, this enemy.
He gently held her, feeling the fragility of the girl, and softly said:
"So timid and pitiful, little fox."
