“Cough cough!” The chief examiner coughed discontentedly twice, his cold eyes sweeping over the young people who were causing a commotion, before turning his gaze towards Mu Ruyue and Yao Yunqing, clearing his throat and speaking, “Are the two of you here to participate in the Academy’s entrance examination? Our exams have always been very difficult, and very few pass. Please make sure you two ladies are prepared to face it.”
Mu Ruyue was montarily taken aback; her fingers gently caressed her Space Ring, intending to take out the introductory letter given by the Dan Venerate, when before she could make a move, Yao Yunqing beside her nodded.
“Alright, it’s just an exam. I refuse to believe that this lady cannot pass even a simple exam!” Yao Yunqing seed a bit excited, her eyes shining brightly.
Mu Ruyue let go of the hand on her Space Ring and slowly smiled, “I too want to see just how difficult the entrance exam to enter Central State Academy really is.”
The two exchanged glances and smiled in unison.
Zang Qingxue sneered. She hoped that this woman could pass the exam—then once in the Academy, she could tornt her at a closer distance. Unfortunately, the exams were too difficult, and even she did not possess that strength.
“In our examination, there are two types: the martial strength exam and the elixir exam,” the chief examiner slightly narrowed his eyes and said impassively, “so you can choose to enter either the Martial Hall or the Alchemy Hall. If you pass the martial strength exam, you will be admitted to the Martial Hall for studies; otherwise, you will enter the Alchemy Hall.”
The Martial Hall and the Alchemy Hall?
Mu Ruyue raised her eyebrows slightly and spoke lightly, “I choose the elixir exam.”
“Then I’ll choose martial strength,” Yao Yunqing replied.
The chief examiner looked at the two of them and nodded slightly, “Good, then follow now. Whether it’s the martial strength exam or the elixir exam, both are extrely difficult. Only by passing the exam can you successfully enter Central State Academy. You can only bla yourselves for not having a recomndation letter; otherwise, like Lady Zang, you wouldn’t need to take the exam to be admitted into the Academy.”
Zang Qingxue lifted her chin slightly, a subtle pride evident on her delicate features. She cast a contemptuous glance at the departing back of Mu Ruyue before letting out a sneer in her heart.

The re thought of that scene in the festivities made Zang Qingxue feel extrely uncomfortable, almost wanting to return all the humiliations she had suffered back to that woman…

“Indeed,” Mu Ruyue nodded gently, her expression serene.
The elder nodded indifferently, “I’m too lazy to test you too much, so let’s do this: first, release all your spiritual power for to see, and rember, I want all of it! If you keep any to yourself, I will declare your exam a failure!”
