Chapter 426: Chapter 428: Breakthrough to Advanced Innate (Part 1)
An astonishing power suddenly erged, startling everyone into standing up, their surprised gazes directed outside the door…
Lan Yue’s expression drastically changed, darkening in an instant, as a cold gleam flashed through her blue eyes. How had those old folks left their seclusion? Hadn’t her master assured her that nothing would go wrong? Now, it was probably over…
“Haha!”
Luo Yin raised his head and laughed out loud twice, shooting a proud glance at Qi Rong who still was unaware of what was happening, as he strode out to et them.
The others looked at each other and soon followed his footsteps, walking out of the secret room.
Within the void, two transparent figures stood mid-air; one in a red robe, smiling, while the other, rigorous and hawk-eyed. However, undeniably, the aura of both was imnsely powerful, so much so that one couldn’t help but be moved.
“Luo Yin, co out and et us this instant!”
The man in a gray robe stared coldly at the tightly shut door and commanded in a chilly voice.
Within a short while, the door swung open and Luo Yin, clad in a snow-white dean’s robe, quickly erged and respectfully said, “I greet the ancestors Hong Yun and Hui Ying.”
“Hmm,” Hui Ying nodded expressionlessly, “Luo Yin, where is the person I want to see?”
“About that…” Luo Yin looked up at Hui Ying and cautiously said, “Ancestor, there has been a little incident recently.”
“Cut the crap!” Hui Ying frowned sternly, “We cannot stay here for too long. Quickly introduce us to that girl.”
Just as Luo Yin was about to speak, Qi Rong, accompanied by Lan Yue, quickly stepped forward, her gaze filled with excitent: “Junior Qi Rong greets the two ancestors.”
Within the entire Academy, only the dean had the privilege to et the ancestors; even she, as the dean’s martial uncle, did not have the qualifications to face them.
Hui Ying’s frown deepened, irritation clear in his eyes.
“Cough, cough!” Hong Yun glanced at the nearly enraged Hui Ying and cleared his throat twice, “You’re Qi Rong, right? Hehe, we don’t have ti to chat with you now. By the way, Luo Yin, where is Moon Venerate? Do you know which one is Moon Venerate?”
As he spoke, his gaze swept around the surroundings. When he saw Mu Ruyue who had just erged, he was fiercely stunned.
But the sight of the woman, clad in white like snow, uncontaminated by dust, her fair skin gleaming faintly under the sunlight, her features so exquisitely crafted they seed sculpted, took him aback.
Her black hair cascaded down, brushing over her back with the breeze. Her body was long and perfect, her hands placed beside her legs as beautiful as a slab of fine jade.
Yet what was more shocking was the woman’s aura.
A mild chill enveloped her, her black eyes fiercely grasping the souls of those around her, yet remained as placid as if no ripple had stirred.
She was rely a Postnatal Middle Level, but her gaze already possessed a domineering aura that looked down upon the world, akin to a supre ruler unmatched in presence.
Like! So alike!
Hong Yun sharply inhaled.
In appearance and aura, she was identical to the woman who stood at the pinnacle amongst them a thousand years ago; one could recognize the soul within her at a re glance…
“Ancestors, I know who Moon Venerate is.” Wu Yi’s heart leaped with joy, knowing such a rare opportunity to et the ancestors could not be wasted—especially since…
His cold gaze swept towards Mu Ruyue, and Wu Yi smirked coldly.
With the ancestors backing him up, even Luo Yin couldn’t protect her now…
