Anindya’s Side
At 12:02 PM, the second break arrived. Anindya’s previously angry expression changed to a cheerful one—as her friends, Desy, Delima, and Wulan, gathered at her table to eat together.
"Where did you just go?" Wulan asked, opening her lunch.
"I just dropped Julian off at the school Infirmary" Anindya replied, slowly opening her lunch box.
"Huh? Seriously? What’s wrong with him?" Desy asked in surprise.
"Julian got hurt because..." Anindya said, closing her eyes.
Then she opened her eyes and said,
"... HE FOUGHT WITH SOONE!!!" Anindya said, annoyed, glaring at Sagara.
Sagara, who was playing on his phone, was startled by Anindya’s angry tone behind him. With a flat expression, he pretended to be indifferent while playing with his phone. Delima, Desy and Wulan imdiately looked at each other, surprised by Anindya’s sudden deep in voice.
"Fighting with who?" Desy asked.
Anindya didn’t answer imdiately, taking a deep breath to control her emotions.
"Haa... I don’t know, I found him battered in the corridor" Anindya said, spooning her food.
Anindya tried to keep Julian and Sagara’s fight a secret from the public, worried it would cause a fuss if she revealed that Julian was injured by Sagara’s gunshot.
"Hee... Maybe he fought with your fans, hihihi" Desy said mischievously.
"Maybe, Aa~mm~, nom~ nom~ nom~," Anindya said, holding a spoonful of food, then putting it in her mouth and chewing.
"But, why do you look so upset, Anindya?. What’s wrong with you?" Desy asked, sipping warm tea from her thermos.
Anindya swallowed her food, then took out her handkerchief and said
"Ah, that..." Anindya replied, wiping her mouth with her handkerchief.
After she finished wiping, she placed her handkerchief next to her lunch and continued.
"Do you guys know Silica?, From grade 11-M?" Anindya asked.
The three of them nodded.
"I know, if I’m not mistaken, he’s in the volleyball club" Desy replied.
"Ohh!!" Anindya said, amazed.
Anindya imdiately leaned forward to the center of the table, then took Desy’s right hand with both of hers and said.
"Please explain in detail about her!" Anindya said, her eyes sparkling.
"B-but that’s all I know, I don’t know much about her" Desy replied nervously, as Anindya suddenly grabbed her hand.
"Aaaa..." Anindya said, disappointed.
"S-sorry..." Desy said apologetically.
Anindya released her grip, stepped back from Desy, and sat back down.
"It’s okay, Desy" Anindya said with a disappointed expression.
Shortly, Delima suddenly spoke.
"If I’m not mistaken, she used to be close to Julian" Delima said, who had been eating fruit salad.
Anindya, Desy, and Wulan imdiately turned to look at Delima.
"SLAP!!!" Anindya slapped the table with both palms.
Her three friends were imdiately surprised to see Anindya suddenly slap the table. Anindya imdiately said,
"Please tell the details!" Anindya said with an enthusiastic smile.
"W-well, umm... I only heard this from one of Julian’s friends..." Delima said awkwardly.
"It’s okay! The important thing is that I know!" Anindya said with a serious expression and tone.
Seeing Anindya’s overly curious expression, Delima couldn’t help but share the gossip.
"A-alright... If I rember correctly, Silica always hangs out with Jul—" Delima said, not having finished her sentence.
Anindya cut Delima off, standing up from her seat and shouting at Delima.
"WHAT’S!?" Anindya shouted, interrupting Delima with an annoyed expression and voice.
Her three friends were stunned by what they saw.
"A-Anindya, you should calm down first... because we’re still in class" Desy said worriedly.
Anindya looked at her other classmates—who were staring at her, feeling like she was disturbing them. She quickly apologized, then sat back down with feeling annoyed.
"Damn it!, I let my guard down!, I thought back then he only had eyes for !!" Anindya thought to herself, biting her right thumb nail.
Seeing Anindya’s expression, Desy said,
"C-calm down, Anindya. Let’s let Delima finish her explanation, okay?" Desy said with an awkward smile.
Anindya glanced sharply at Desy, then sighed and said,
"Haa... Alright, sorry for interrupting, Delima... Please continue" Anindya said, now cald down.
"O-okay..." Delima said nervously.
Delima took a breath to calm her nerves, then continued.
"Umm... I’ll continue, Soo... I heard that back in 10th grade, Silica and Julian were often together. They always seed to go to the cafeteria together, study together, and sotis even go ho together" Delima said.
Anindya sat with her arms folded and her right leg trembling with irritation.
"Going ho together?!" Anindya asked with an annoyed expression and a slightly raised tone.
"Y-yes" Delima replied in a frightened tone.
Anindya paused, muttering to herself,
"Damn! I was completely caught off guard at the ti. I thought I was the center of his attention, but I didn’t expect Julian to be close to another girl!" Anindya thought to herself, annoyed, as she bit her right thumb nail.
"That ans Julian was already courting Silica at that ti, Kyaa!" Wulan said happily, holding her cheeks.
When Wulan said that, Delima and Desy imdiately panicked and glared at Wulan.
"WULAN YOU IDIOT!!" Delima and Desy shouted inwardly, staring at Wulan with panicked expressions.
Wulan remained silent, staring at the confused expressions on their faces, but suddenly she felt a murderous aura from the other side. She slowly turned her body in the direction the aura was emanating. It turned out to be Anindya, who was glancing sharply at Wulan.
Wulan imdiately panicked and said,
"E-ehh... Etto... I-I an, Ju-Julian might only approach her just to... just to..." Wulan said nervously.
The two of them glanced left and right, searching for an excuse.
"... just to be friends!!!" Wulan said, finding the perfect excuse.
"Y-yeah... What Wulan said is true. Just stay positive thinking, Anindya!" Desy said, trying to help Wulan.
Anindya glared at the two of them, who were smiling awkwardly and sweating. After a mont, Anindya sighed and said,
"Haaa... Next ti, don’t make misunderstand, Wulan" Anindya said, still slightly annoyed.
"Y-yes... Ma’am!" Wulan said, her tone still tense.
After that, Anindya thought again, while Wulan and Desy breathed a sigh of relief.
"Phew~" said Wulan and Desy, feeling relieved.
"Next ti, be careful when you talk about Wulan!" Desy whispered to Wulan.
Wulan nodded. anwhile, Anindya, who was thinking, suddenly had a surprised expression.
"C-could she be the blonde girl was with Julian in junior high?!" Anindya thought to herself with a shocked expression.
Her three friends looked at Anindya with worried expressions. Desy nudged Delima, who then whispered to her.
"Hey, did we just talk about sothing sensitive?" Desy asked Delima.
"I-I think so" Delima replied.
"If it’s really her... That ans they’ve known each other for a long ti?!" Anindya thought to herself, her right hand pressed to her lips as if in thought.
Anindya imdiately held her head in both palms and said,
"MOOOO!!, WHY AM I JUST THINKING OF ALL THIS NOW?!" Anindya scread inwardly with ssing up her hair.
Her three friends, seeing this, beca worried. Desy tried to calm Anindya down.
"E-etto, Anindya, l-let’s continue eating in the school garden, I want to see the black roses!!" Anindya said with an awkward smile.
Anindya removed her hands from her head and glared at Desy.
"HIIIIK!!!" Desy said surprised by Anindya’s stare.
Anindya then changed her sharp gaze to a sweet smile.
"Alright, Let’s go~" Anindya said with a smile.
Her three friends imdiately felt relieved. They all packed their lunches to take to the garden, then left the classroom.
