……Inside the warehouse.
Xia Na carefully raised her scythe, then with a swift motion, flicked aside several bags of rice blocking her way. However, as the bags thudded to the ground, what appeared before her was just an empty wall.
“No one?” Xia Na imdiately frowned and turned to ask, “How about you guys? Any discoveries?”
“Nothing…”
“Didn’t see anyone…” Not far away, Li Yalin and the other Zombies quickly responded. Judging by their voices, they had finished searching their respective areas.
“Already escaped… That was way too fast…” A cold glint suddenly flashed in Xia Na’s eyes. She abruptly turned her head toward Ling Mo’s direction. “Right… That guy… It must’ve been intentional!”
“Intentional? What do you an?” Swish! A figure suddenly appeared behind Xia Na. Li Yalin curiously followed Xia Na’s gaze, asking in confusion.
“I an… that sound just now, it was deliberately made by that person. No matter when it ca in, the timing of the sound was just too coincidental. Why exactly when we entered? I think it was trying to stall us on purpose. And judging by this, its strength is probably even greater than I thought. “That’s true.” Xia Na nodded in realization. The door couldn’t be opened, but Black Silk wasn’t much use in the door-guarding battle. Rather than that, it was better to have her support Ling Mo.
“Then Senior Sister and I will help guard the door, Xu Shuhan and Yu Shiran will stay inside on alert. No matter what, there’s still an enemy in here. Better be careful…” Xia Na arranged.
Just as everyone was splitting up, a pair of eyes suddenly flickered in the shadows… It slowly withdrew its gaze from Xia Na and the others…

“Ahhh! I’ll tear you apart!” The Dominant Level Zombie stomped fiercely again, but his jumping speed was clearly a beat slower than Ling Mo’s movents. Even though his claws reached the ceiling, before he could get a grip, Ling Mo knocked him down again.
After landing, he imdiately let out a low roar, preparing to jump again.
Ling Mo glanced at the claw marks left on the ceiling, and the deep footprints the Dominant Level Zombie made upon landing… “Such strength… If I hadn’t stopped him, he might’ve smashed a hole right through the roof…” But despite his wariness, Ling Mo’s eyes suddenly lit up, “That’s right… this is a good idea…”
He looked at the Dominant Level Zombie on the ground, suddenly reached out, and beckoned down at him from above: “Co up here.”
The Dominant Level Zombie instantly understood the gesture… He roared furiously: “Ah!”
Almost as soon as the roar made Ling Mo’s ears buzz, the Zombie moved.
His muscles bulged to a new extre, and his jumping speed and power instantly beca even more formidable.
“Bang bang bang!”
Ling Mo also put away his smile, his expression serious as he released a mass of tentacles.
For a mont, the Dominant Level Zombie was like a blur, darting back and forth between the ceiling and the floor.
Blood splattered everywhere during his leaps, even spraying onto the walls, and the whole room shook violently from his movents. anwhile, his breathing, barely audible at first, grew heavier and heavier, and his eyes were so red they seed about to bleed…
“Kill you! Kill!”
Ling Mo remained calm, dodging… blocking… Finally, when the Dominant Level Zombie wobbled slightly upon landing, Ling Mo’s eyes changed.
“Here’s my chance!”
“Human!” The Dominant Level Zombie jumped up again.
