As if Miori’s accusations weren’t bad enough, security footage also surfaced showing Renji and Eliss walking together hand in hand toward the abandoned industrial area on the night of Renji’s disappearance.
That put Eliss in a pretty bad position, especially since there was also a motive — Miori had told the police that the previous day, Renji had beaten him up because of jealousy.
Luckily for us, that police station is full of male officers, and for Eliss, manipulating their minds was child’s play — forcing them to permanently erase every piece of evidence against us and close the case for good. Let’s just hope this is really over now...

Aoshi lets out a long sigh of relief after hearing those words.
Phew... I was afraid she’d say sothing like: "Back where I co from, places like this don’t exist," but by now she seems perfectly adapted to life here. I don’t have to worry anymore about her saying or doing anything strange in public.
Still... Ravessia must be an incredibly boring kingdom if they don’t even have places like water parks. I guess that’s one of the reasons Eliss ran away from there.
Who knows... maybe she’s enjoying life among humans so much that once her punishnt is over, she might choose to stay here forever. Even though only a madman would choose an ordinary life with an ordinary guy and an ordinary job... over the luxurious life waiting for her back in her kingdom.

An annoyed expression crosses Aoshi’s face.
The nerve of this guy! That show-off’s swimsuit is still completely dry, and he cos all the way over here just to hit on Eliss because apparently, out of all the slides in this place, he just had to try the only one that needs two people?
