Qin Liuxi held a Daoist temple ritual for a day at the Tiansheng Sect’s main altar, primarily to assist the surrounding dead souls and to chant scriptures and preach. In doing so, she didn’t forget to showcase a bit of her real skills, putting on a splendid display to bring fa to Qingping Temple and attract followers. After all, belief is sothing that requires impressive skills to win people’s unwavering faith.
Of course, she didn’t show off any flashy tricks, as the more profound and inscrutable a Taoist monk is, the more people feel they have mysterious powers, and thus seem more formidable.
Qin Liuxi also perford a disaster-relief and blessing ceremony. On that cloudy day, the sky was dark as if it was going to rain. However, after her blessing, the clouds dispersed, revealing a clear sky with multicolored lights appearing.
